Very attractive architecture. Rooms are clean and tidy... prices acceptable. Breakfast was delicious. One thing they can improve is air-conditioning... was not working properly

The hotel enjoys a very convenient position , very close to the old center. The parking is nearby, one street ahead, but the service there is only in Polish: we managed thanks to a kind lady that translated for us, and also thanks to Google translate! Anyway, they' re quite relaxed, no stress.You can also ask them to call the reception for every communication, and there of course language is not a problem. The building is historical, nicely appointed,our double room was big , silent, nice sized bathroom ; there' s a lift to reach the floors. Special mention to the breakfast: I ' ve noticed that everybody praises the sweets ( true they' re delicate, tasty, light) but we were also quite happy about the 3 different kinds of mixed salads, fresh and light, that we found . We would go back .

I haven't been into this place so cannot review its food or service, but after spending a lovely evening walking around the old city I have to leave a review to say how unfortunate it is that this place has a speaker playing loud pop music onto the street, (in English I think) which is completely out of sync with the beautiful architecture and atmosphere of the city. I don't know what people they want to attract but I think it's out of character with those of us who want to enjoy the lovely pedestrian street and those looking for that music can find it in the shopping galleries!

Good location but they need to improve service - buy more pillows (!!!) and better bedding sheets so people can rest. And bigger coffee machine 🤦‍♀️ overall, the place is clean and okay but seems to have poor management

Really loved the place!!! Great rooms and very friendly staff. Also perfectly located is visiting Lublin is your objective. Breakfast was simply very good. Perhaps even a little too sophisticated... but who would complain!!! Keep in mind that cars can't access the hotel and that you will need to carry your bags for about 100m. The hotel has a decent car parking solution. Can recommend the hotel without hesitation and you will get value for money.

We visited Lublin the first time and liked the city and our accomodation. My conversation over phone and emailing with the hotel was smooth and easy. We had a spacious studio room. Breakfast was very good (just ask waiter for a set of dishes they cook or see a small menu on the table). My only confusion with a bit poorly organized parking (supposed to have dedicated place, but not guaranteed apparently), but fortunately we've been there over weekend so we managed.

A nice, very "cool" little hotel centrally located (3 minute's walk from the old town gate). Amiable and helpful staff, each room is designed in a somewhat eclectic young style. The rooms are well maintained and are very comfortable. The hotel owns a restaurant and a conditory that are very very good. The only potential issue is parking - being at city center - parking space can be somewhat an issue - consult with the reception person if you intend to arrive with a car.

I am really happy, it's uncomparable to other hotels in the downtown area. Great breakfast, pretty big rooms, on the first floor they have their own pastry with stunning and delightful deserts. I will be sure to come back.

This is an absolutely amazing place! If I had time and money, I'd be here all the time! All the staff are so nice, the breakfast buffet was stunningly perfect! Worth every zlotty!
