This hotel is somehow interesting because you don't expect what you are going to find. This place is brand new, and with a nice decoration based on planes. You feel at home since the very beginning, with wood and a warm ambient. Reception was very warm too with Mateusz and Ola, smiling and serviable and helpful persons. Restaurant was also surprising. Food was from high quality and always served with a smile from Kasia and Kamil. All the dishes were very pleasant for the eye and tasted very well. The rooms are very clean and bathroom is small but very functional. Shower is big and glass protected. Concerning SARS-CoV-2 protection, all intended procedures are carried out with care. Alcoholic based solutions are distributed everywhere and most important: ozone cleaning of the public areas is carried out frequently. Everybody's wearing masks. Nice place to go, recommended.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast ok, I suggest some options vegan instead of milk, like oat,almond or coconut drink.

Clean Rooms, friendly staff. Best breakfast buffet I ever saw. The restaurant serves first class delicious food. Thank you for the amazing stay.

The Lubhotel is excellent! Clean and quiet rooms, very friendly employees, great breakfast buffet, very good restaurant, safe parking, and the receptionists speak perfect English (if you need it). Everybody went out of their way to make our experience the best ever. We traveled from Germany and stayed for four days . . . We miss Lublin and the Lubhotel! :-)

My rating for this 3 stars hotel. Pros: 1. Reasonably priced. 2. Tasty and generous breakfast. 3. Friendly and efficient staff. 4. A small kids' corner is sufficient to keep them engaged for a while. Cons: 1. Some upgrades (refreshments) would not hurt. 2. No shampoo and body wash in the bathroom

Best hotel I’ve ever been to in Poland. Great breakfast, great food in the restaurant and extremely good service, especially good service in the restaurant.

Good location (if you come by car for sure), free underground parking, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Everything was just fine!

Extremely nice and good stuff! Despite the fact we have arrived really late, lady was nice and helpful. Also breakfast was good. The room is really clean and comfortable.

Clean room, friendly staff. High prices in their restaurant comparing to the prices in the City centre. I will recommend even if you need to travel to see old Town and other attractions.
