Ok for the price. Nice staff. Most don't speak English

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Lublin next to the Botanic garden. With car 8 minutes to city center. Rooms are quite big and comfy. There is spa service possible (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi) that can be used in the price of stay. Breakfast is alright for hotel standards and bar is open almost whole day if you want a beer. Parking is free next to the hotel and monitored but unfortunately not closed for the night (also no underground parking).

1. Poor access, road in such a bad condition that even taxi driver doesn't want to get there. 2. It's supposed to be a SPA but there's no bathrobes and any toiletries in the room. 3. At 8th p.m. it was not possible to eat anything there. There was some big integration party going on, and the restaurant was closed already. 4. I couldn't sleep, because of the noises. As mentioned there was a party in the lobby and noise was unbearable. 5. The breakfast very poor, big choice of old food from the day before party. Sausages smells like worst and cheapest recycling meet product. Even tea was bad. 6. A big hole in the ceiling in the room uncovering some cables, probably electric and network. Looking dangerous even. Two stars just because of the nice and friendly receptionist.

Positives: Nice, comfortable hotel, very polite and nice reception girl by the arrival (and very unpleasant receptionist by leaving - an other lady). Good facilities: swimming pool, parking, clean rooms, comfy beds. Great potential, but homework need to be done (see negative points). Breakfast was good and reach enough. Negatives: No clear signation and rules in the hotel. You have to find out where waht is: when the pool opens, when it closes, what about the sauna and pricing policy, towels for pool, where is the pool located and so on. Weak wifi signal, in one of the booked room there was no shower gel, toilet flush was not working properly, not all towels provided as should be in the set, no additional pillows. Once we went to the pool, no electricity was turned on, so we had to go to reception and ask to swith on the light there. Jacuzzy was not working at all. Too much clorine in the pool added. And very unplesant and nervous lady by the reception, when we were leaving (vs.very nice and friendly lady when we arrived). Just keep doing your home work and improve your weaknesses and you will be top.

Excellent service, very polite staff. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

It's quite OK, water pool, air condition, the only access by car is a bit difficult.

I left my wallet in the room and all the money (200€) was stolen.
