Be careful. Hotel engages in scams. Be careful about your credit card details.

The description of the hotel is misleading and on purpose they leave out important details. They claim to have 24/7 front desk, when in fact in the evening and morning they just have the key available for pick-up and drop-off. They get the breakfast from 3rd parties and at the weekend, you can choose either an overpriced boxed breakfast, or to have the outsourced breakfast from 10 AM, in their restaurant. Obviously they send this information in a private message, the day after you can make any amendment on the booking. Complained a number of times, even via Booking.com, yet I had no refund given. This place used to be good, but went downhill big time. I would never recommend to anyone, nor to trust Booking.com reviews and descriptions. On Google, you can find a bunch of bad reviews of this property, which are not available on Booking.com...

13.09.2022 Paid breakfast was not provided, the room was not very clean, there was no kettle in the room, but it should have been, they took more money than Booking indicated. The reception ignores my requests for a refund for the breakfast not provided! Very bad, I do not recommend!

Wonderful, beautiful place

During my recent visit to Lublin, I had the worst experience of staying at Hotel Willowa. Nestled in a middle of nowhere, this hotel provided me with a uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff at Hotel Willowa. Their genuine smiles created a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a pleasant stay. The lobby area was small and there was no where to sit. My room at Hotel Willowa wasn't spacious, very clean, and pretty old designed. The hard bed and the basic white sheets made it hard to sleep. There wasn't even a minibar, but the hotel had a good Wi-Fi connection. The staff at Hotel Willowa displayed a very low level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone wasn't dedicated to ensuring my needs were not met promptly and efficiently. Any requests or inquiries I had weren't even handled!

I love this hotel. And the restaurant named Bombardino is the best.

A good price and quality match. The hotel was really cosy and clean. The room was spacious enough for a family of four. We did like a live and vibrant restaurant on the ground floor and also thanks for huge breakfast 👊👌🤗 Coffee was tasty ☕

Hotel is pretty decent, friendly staff quiet location (far from centre) normal comfy bed with en suite shower. Has a really nice restaurant built into the hotel which I definitely recommend, it’s worth a try. The breakfast is optional however they deliver this to your door too early (6-7.30am) which means it’ll get just get cold. They seem to clean the rooms well but aren’t cleaning underneath the furniture. Other than that it’s decent value for travellers but not for locals I’d assume.
