Despite the food being amazing with somewhat okay prices, the service on the other hand was the worst we had in Krakow. The blonde lady that took us to our table was so unfriendly and unkind towards us, almost made us get up and leave. Then our waiter was giving us no time to see the menu and kept asking us whether we are ready to order making us feel pressured. Lastly when starters came in, I asked him for another small plate to share and his response was “you have two”, pointing at the plate the starter was already in, and the one extra plate he brought. Despite the fact that yes we already do technically have two plates, you still do not refuse something like this to a customer. The food was tasteful and actually really amazing as well as the desert, but the service ruined the experience.

I liked pizza, salad and cocktail. They also brought butter and bread as complement and butter was great! The food is served fast. Nice interior. Friendly stuff is speaking English and Polish. Recommend this place.

Loved the atmosphere here, the staff were also very helpful. We only tried pasta. The raviolis were good, pretty standard and not amazing though. My favourite was the parpadelle with beef. Carbonara was good. Tiramisu was also good, big portion but lacked a bit of that authentic egg flavour I like in a tiramisu. Overall didn’t expect much since some reviews were not great but I think it’s a step above average for an Italian but of course not the best Italian I have ever had. Would return if in the area.

Came here the first night of our stay in Krakow. Having heard all the hype it was a let down. We arrived around 7pm it wasn’t busy we hadn’t got a booking. We were sat in an arch way at the entrance. Waited over 40 mins for service. When we eventually ordered drinks it took a further 10 mins to get them. By the time the food arrived we would have ate anything we were that hungry. Very small portions. The ragu on the lasagne was bland Garlic bread was nice I’d try Spagetti or Pizzatopia for more enjoyable food

The food was really bad we couldn't finish it. Anyone who tries Italian food for the first time here, they won't eat Italian food ever again. It was bland, the cream was so watery and the sea food ingredients don't taste fresh. The service is okay but they could do better. The toilet was right in front of the dinning area. We paid around 120zl and it is not worth it all. Over all, we didn't have a good experience.

Food was good, especially the carpaccio. Service was friendly, however the forgot our order twice. That was unfortunate.

The pizza is good, maybe a little bit overpriced. And it’s served in very pretty interiors. BUT it’s ridiculous that an Italian eatery doesn’t have a house wine on their menu AND refuses to serve tap water, forcing clientes to pay an outrageous price for bottled water (that tastes no better then local tap). It’s time to update their policy and catch up with the rest of the world 🤷‍♀️

Popped in here on the off chance as we were walking past, we had to wait for a table around 20 mins which is a good thing in my opinion. I had the pasta which was great. Bottle of pinot, and a nice vodka for dessert, service was great although a little slow due to how busy it was

Really good restaurant, always crowded. Staff is really nice and the atmosphere is amazing ! Order came really fast and the food was great , especially the tomato soup ! Would recommend to book before going though

Long wait as didn’t book a table - stood outside next to empty tables for 30 minutes. Sat down next to the toilets. Waiter tried to get us to buy vodka shots but declined. Heard other people were told the food wait was 40 minutes. Our drinks took nearly 15 mins to arrive and then food arrived soon after so wasn’t a bad wait. Pizza was very tasty and enjoyed. Waiter didn’t ask how our meal was and when they came over they just said ‘cash or card’ so seemed they were in a rush to get us out!

We was lucky enough to walk in for a table at lunch on a Monday and get a seat. This Resturant is pre booked days in advance so book ahead. The pasta was great and the pizza was also delicious. The service from a younger lady with tattoos was very good and made the entire meal very pleasant. (Service is not included & optional but goes to the waiter so we definitely felt it was worth it) I would return and recommend to anyone

Good italian food. - PASTA: The pomodoro and burrata pasta was really tasty, carbonara was not the original recipe with egg but it was made with cream instead, not that good. - Tiramisu was one of the best we’ve ever had, really creamy and not a super strong coffee flavour. - Service was extremely slow in our case, like 35’ to serve one dish. The waitress was quite serious / upset when she asked for 10% of tip and we said no (due to how slow they were).

Food was amazing!! We went on our first night in Krakow and it's safe to say the standards were set high from night 1. Had to wait roughly 30/40 mins for a table but was worth the wait.

Great Food would definitely recommend the pizza and tagliatelle in curry sauce. Was served by friendly staff and a nice ambience.

Superb pasta! Penne con pollo e fungi, one of the best pastas I have had in Kraków - absolutely love the food and atmosphere here. The service was really good our waiters Mikolaj and Małgorzata were incredible and because of them I will certainly be back overall the food and experience was excellent.

Food was lovely but we were still hungry after starters and mains. Maybe bigger portions? Ended up going to get a pizza afterwards.

Tried here our first night in krakow and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever tried.I went for the pasta it was so creamy and the pieces of steak were so tender. We don’t have restaurants like this in Newcastle. Amazing Italian food.

Our first night meal was here. We hadn't booked so were sat outside to begin with a drink then we sat inside for our food. All was absolutely gorgeous, definitely recommend.

The food was very good - service was a bit slower than I am used to. But that‘s the price you pay for fresh food.

Deffinately would recommend going to this restaurant when in Krakow. We didn't book a table (which was our mistake) but we were able to sit outside as the restaurant accommodated us on a busy Saturday night. The service was really quick and food was delicious despite the restaurant being busy. I would recommend booking in advance to save disappointment. Drinks were really cheap also and wasn't that far from the centre.

This place has delicious pasta! I really enjoyed the service as well. Our waitress had great recommendations and I had the beef tagiatelle which was amazing. This is a great restaurant to have a date. There is indoor seating as well as outside tables. The dining room is huge and many people can dine simultaneously.

Good service and atmosphere. The pasta was a little bit dry but it went down well. Only issue being is we booked but this hadn’t gone through on the system. After I showed confirmation we were sat.

Good Italian restaurant in Krakow centre. Was busy, which is always a good sign . Had starter, main course and a bottle of wine. Would recommend a visit when in Krakow.

Amazing place, make sure you book, they will always find a place for you to sit but waiting can be from 15minutes to an hour outside Amazing food

Good place, i liked the stuff there and the light dough of a pizza, desserts are not their forte but I guess you can’t be good at everything

This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Krakow. They service is really good and the food is awesome. Portions of the right size and with ridiculous amounts of delicious flavors. Highly recommend

Wow what an experience. We arrived earlier than our reservation. They were very accommodating. The staff is friendly, kind, attentive and very welcoming. The food. It was amazing. I highly recommend the shrimp risotto, it was flavorful!

Great service, in multiple languages. A really good menu. Good background music. A wide range of drinks. All-round excellence. One of the best Italian places in Krakow - hands down!

Decent pizza, great interiors but they refuse to offer tap water. Also, the price of the water in the menu is outrageous (12pln for a cheap, market water)

Very good restaurant. The quality of the food is very good and you choose between a lot of different options. The prices are okey not too cheap either. The waiting time is rather long but they warn you about that in the menu card. The portions could only be bit bigger but expect that really good.

The food was delicious and tasty, if you are gluten-free - no problem with this 😇 The stuff was very nice 😌😊

This was our most expensive dinner, but still so reasonably priced. Pasta was cooked well and tasted great and the pizzas also looked amazing even though we didn’t try. Lovely atmosphere too and the staff are so kind. Would recommend booking in advanced.

Very tasty food, delicious duck breast and good negroni. In the menu you can find both fish as well as meat dishes. Everyone can find something interesting. Apart part from the nicely decorated interior there is also a possibility to sit in the garden.

Tasty pizza but not the best I’ve had. The goat cheese salad was very good! I tried the strawberry mocktail but it was a bit too sweet in my opinion. Lovely outdoor atmosphere, quiet and cozy.

The tuna steak was the best meal I’ve had in Krakow. The place is lovely, cocktails are very good too. LE: Pizza looks great, unfortunately the other dishes we tried (seafood mix, salmon pasta) were mediocre.

The carbonara pasta I had was very good, the balance between the sauce and the pasta was perfect. The waiter was very gentle, and even grinded fresh pepper over the carbonara. A recommendation to go to if your in Krakow

Would recommend booking as it is a busy place, we did try reserving early in the afternoon but was told we didn't need too, but later that night we went for dinner, we was asked if we had a reservation which we didn't, they did manage to squeeze us in. The food was delicious and one of the best pizza we had tasted the pollo pollo chicken pasta was lovely too. They do seem a little short staffed (as everywhere in hospitality at the moment, speaking from my field of work) as there was only one waiter that seemed to be waiting on all the tables but he was very friendly and nothing was any problems. Would definitely go back again.

Great service with friendly staff. We had a delightful hostess who kept us happy and fed. Pizza was yummy and drinks were strong.
