It
was
supposed
to
be
a
fun
day
but
it
was
a
horrible
one!
Mr
Lasota
who
was
in
charge
of
the
ski
equipment
rental
needs
to
learn
basic
manners
and
go
to
customer
service
course!
The
way
a
rental
ski
equipment
works
at
“Szwajcaria
Bałtowska”
is
not
only
disrespectful
but
aims
at
taking
advantage
of
their
customers!
The
ski
slope
entrance,
pass
and
rental
of
equipment
are
not
synchronised,
this
means
that
you
always
have
to
pay
extra
for
a
delay
in
returning
the
equipment.
Because
you
will
always
return
your
equipment
several
minutes
later
(if
you
want
to
use
your
pass
fully).
So
most
people
are
caught
on
this
and
need
to
pay
extra
(unless
you
know
their
trick
and
finish
before
your
pass
expires).
Really
this
isnt
how
respectful
Ski
Resorts
treat
their
customers!
Very
poor
and
disappointing!!!
Stay
away
if
possible!
