It was supposed to be a fun day but it was a horrible one! Mr Lasota who was in charge of the ski equipment rental needs to learn basic manners and go to customer service course! The way a rental ski equipment works at “Szwajcaria Bałtowska” is not only disrespectful but aims at taking advantage of their customers! The ski slope entrance, pass and rental of equipment are not synchronised, this means that you always have to pay extra for a delay in returning the equipment. Because you will always return your equipment several minutes later (if you want to use your pass fully). So most people are caught on this and need to pay extra (unless you know their trick and finish before your pass expires). Really this isnt how respectful Ski Resorts treat their customers! Very poor and disappointing!!! Stay away if possible!

Only 160km from Warsaw, really cool place to go and back in the same day, 2h driving.. easy... they have good infrastructure and facilities, new equipments for renting... best option close to the capital of Poland. Strongly recommend it.

It seems locals use this place even during the summer as the ski becomes another event for all to enjoy. It is not huge. However, it is fun to be at. As none Polish person, I found the place and people very welcoming and very competent in the English language.

Excellent food. Definitely the restaurant you should visit when around. Also possible to buy some regional products processed form fruits or vegetables. Make sure you have additional time to wait to be seated as they usually are fully booked. Also there is a hall for parties so there is a chance you'll meet bride and groom.

Nice place to escape from big place. Not far from the Warsaw.

Best attractions are offline, nothing to do with a child under 4 years old. We were told off from a small trampoline.

Fantastic place to learn to Ski with Amigo ski school. Highly recommend Greg as an instructor. Also great for family day out with Ice rink and food outlets.

Horrible service very slow and return of helmet charged separately always will be more than you are told as carnet is not synchronized with equipment hire and therefore you always pay more this is simply cheating customers be aware!!!
