The service is very poor. After waiting for the waitress for a long time, I decided to go and order myself since we were in a rush (I had to go upstairs to find staff members). After finding one, I asked her if she could take my order (2 Margaritas and San Pelegrino). She got kind of angry and in an unpleasant tone told me that she needs to write it down and will be downstairs in 1 minute. We waited for 2-3 mins and she didn’t come so we decided to leave. While leaving she told us that she is coming to take our order but it was too late. No apology, nothing. If they are not taking orders from clients and can’t remember small orders like 2 margaritas and a bottle of water, they should be checking on people more often, especially if it was not so crowded and if they were very busy, they could make an exception, and take my order since I went upstairs, or at least apologize. About the atmosphere - very kitschy, loud music. In addition my friend (Italian) warned me not to order any pizza with meat, since the quality is very low. I don’t recommend this place.

I always come back to places that appeal to me. That's why, after a positive experience six months ago, I revisited Zona. I noticed that the staff had changed. There were also a lot of people. So the waitress offered me a table in the basement room. A small space, table to table, the atmosphere quite claustrophobic. There were a few tables vacant, but none were tidied up. I looked at my phone. No network coverage and no internet! After a while the waitress came and when I wanted to place my order she informed me that the waiting time for the pizza was one hour. Of course I gave up. Sorry Zona, but for six months the quality has gone away.

Bad experience. waited a long time for 2 pizzas. I asked for a cola, they forgot and did not bring it. no napkins provided. I do not advise.

Absolutely tasty Parma ham Pizza, Chicken Caeser salad and Calzone ! All arrived, literally within 5 or 6 minutes ! Absolutely gobsmacked how quick such good fresh food was prepared for us. Definitely recommend

Really good pizza and tomato soup that I would recommend if you are around. Unfortunately the waiting time prevented me from giving this place a full score. Almost 30 minutes for soup and around 60 for pizza. I know the restaurant was fully booked but it was kinda long either way. It's also next to the cafeteria that is from the same owner and has some interesting looking cakes however we were full after pizza so maybe next time.

Clean, bright and colourful restaurant that serves a very good Neapolitan style pizza, just slightly more crunchy than the traditional recipe. The staff was friendly and efficient. Aga took my orders and she was genuinely interested in my feedback about the quality of their food. She was fun to talk to as well. The barman was on the same note and he offered me a glass of homemade Limoncello, he had prepared a couple of days earlier.

The best restaurant in Lublin! The food was delicious, the size of each meal was huge!

Visited this place several times. Their lasagna bolognese and the spinach ravioli (for some reason they make them with nuts so make sure you tell them you don't want them unless that's your thing) were both really good. I would definitely consider visiting this place

Superb place. Really loved every thing we have tried here. Soup, pizza, dessert, cocktails. Staff is also lovely. Most definitely not a pretentious place who wants to be something. It is something. We would come back for sure if we'll be in Lublin again.
