Terrible customer service. Each time I’ve been there, they have screwed up something. Nice food but You’d be better off ordering takeout than going to sit in. You don’t get compensated for when a waitress screws up your order.

Worst service ever!!! Table had no serviettes had to go and ask for them, no cutlery. Had to go and ask again and was ignored. The waitresses did not even come to checkup if we needed anything but they kept on going back to the next table. The person who served us couldnt speak English and insisted that we use Polish instead of getting us someone who knew English. I felt a bit of racism the whole time. The food wasnt really bad though.!!!!!

Probably the best place to chill and get some great drinks in the city center. It offers a relaxing atmosphere, lovely lighting, and comfortable clean coaches. Their cocktails are amazing and they definitely know how to make delicious pizza. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. You need o understand that here you may spend enough money 🥲 2. Before going here you have to reserve a table because it's a really busy place at night or midnight and with a high chance you won't find a free table.

Ostro zawsze miało mega jedzenie no i oczywiście duży, ciekawy lokal. Ale zawsze brakowało mi tu jakiegoś azjatyckiego dania w karcie. Tymczasem nagle stworzyli nową osobną kartę Azja na Ostro. I od początku wiedziałem, że się nie zawiodę. Jedzenie poprostu wspaniałe. Niestety w obecnej chwili jedynie na dowóz, ale zdecydowanie warto. Pad thai świetny, dorównuje temu z Thai Story, już nie mówiąc o porcji która jest ogromna, a cena nie jest wygórowana. Ponadto sam Pad thai, jak i wiele innych dań w karcie możemy wybrać w wersji wege, z kurczakiem lub z krewetkami, więc każdy znajdzie coś odpowiedniego dla swoich upodobań. Czerwone curry bardzo dobre, w smaku prawie tak dobre jak robione samemu w domu, można się jedynie przyczepić do poziomu ostrości - delikatnie zbyt mało ostre. Kolejny mega plus za zestawy w cenie chyba ok. 23 zł - codziennie inny zestaw zupy i dania w niemożliwie niskiej cenie! Polecam każdemu i nie mogę się doczekać żeby spróbować na miejscu!

I've tried 6 different breakfast in Ostro. The food are all tasty,nutritious and they serve the food fast. The waitress Olga who works in the morning gives excellent service ,she's attentive and ensures the customers had everything they needed. She is always wearing a lovely smile 👍 It's a great experience to dine in Ostro. With the good atmosphere and reasonable prices.

I can really recommed their breakfasts. Portions are generous, prices affordable, food quality great, scrambled eggs nicely scrambled (a rarity in the city), really tasty bread, jam, fresh vegetables (with one caveat: one part of beacon was slightly burnt, but the portion size was more than enough to offset that)

The food was fantastic. However, the waitress was probably the best one I ever had. Professional and attentive without being annoying.

I was there with my family (my wife and a baby). People are kind, good English speaking waitress, great foods. We ordered carbonara and chicken with fries. I would come again next day trip to Lublin :) Cheers!

Absolutely great. Worked remotely from here in the morning, staff was attentive and food was very good. Vibe 10/10; I even asked for the playlist! Definitely a place to stop by when in town.

We were sitting 15 minutes with soup and without spoons. We had to ask for it by our own We had tiramisu in order. They forget it. We were sitting for 1 hour. No tiramisu. We decided to leave and asked them for a bill. They called to mind about it and gave us tiramusu with a bill. Lol. We said that we waited for it and haven’t received it, so we don’t want it no more. They said that they can’t delete it from Bill and gave us that Tiramisu.

Staff were friendly and engaging, and the food and drinks were well priced. Service for food was pretty slow. The breakfast bagel was very tasty, but the shakshuka was overcooked (the eggs were very hard) but the sauce and bread were tasty. Well located near the old town.

They have a good, various pizza, but the asian food is a big no to me. We got it barely warm and the taste of soy sauce dominated every single dish we ordered (though they were supposed to be complete different ones, they all tasted the same). Nice place to drink beer and snack on pizza, but not to actually eat a satisfying meal.

I don’t have anything nice to say about this place. Would give 0 stars if that was possible. The food wasn’t eatable, nether the drinks. And when it started raining we weren’t allowed to sit outside anymore, they told us to go inside but didn’t make sure we had a table to eat at. The waitress were extremely rude and didn’t want to help us so after 10 minutes of arguing we got a table so we could eat our cold food. To mention, we had one child and one pregnant woman in our company but they didn’t care I little bit that we couldn’t sit by a table to finish our food. They didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience of moving in middle of dinner. The music inside was so loud and the speaker was really bad. It literally hurt in our ears. They also tried to throw out our stroller, but when our friend stopped them they wanted to throw her out as well. Also the waitress looked at me like I was an alien when I talked English(luckily my husbands family is polish so they could talk with her), if you work as a waitress in a city like Lublin you really should be able to talk and understand English. To summon up, bad food, bad drinks, rude staff, loud music from really bad speakers. We will never come back here.

Very good food. The mulled wine is very nicely prepared and decorated. The food was ready pretty fast.

Waiters and the atmosphere was great but the classic burger I ordered was bland and the burger meat did not have any seasoning even just salt, which really ruined the meal.

Nice place with beautiful lounge music and tasty food. Will be glad to come back to taste more positions here, like baguettes with different toppings!
