I hadn't heard about this place and as I was travelling through Poland it popped up as something to visit 'near me'. So I thought I'd check it out. The museum is absolutely superb!! Yes, it's a bit off the beaten track but so worth it if you like your military history, planes, tanks, vehicles, weapons etc. The building at the site was a former palace and the ground floor houses a fantastic collection of military artefacts, relics, uniforms and weapons spanning various military conflicts. Then outside is a huge array of aeroplanes, helicopters, tanks, rocket launchers, anti-tank guns, amphibious vehicles and communication vehicles. Just when I thought I couldn't possibly take any more in, one of the employees wandered down the back to where I was and opened up a huge workshop containing even more vehicles, bombs, warheads - an arsenal. There's enough weaponry at this museum to invade a small country! It's a real must-see for military lovers. The staff are polite and friendly. There is also a small book that can be purchased for about 20zloty that gives a detailed explanation of every piece of equipment in the outdoor area. Entrance is 10zloty. So an absolute bargain for what you get to see! There were only 2 other people walking around when I was there and with the birds singing in the many trees around the place it is a very picturesque setting - which is ironic given its content! :-)

For fans of military history, this is a must see! I was here 20 years ago and they have definitely added many pieces of military hardware since then. The history extends from modern military equipment-jets, tanks, rockets, communication equipment etc-all the way back to the Middle Ages. The price for tickets is definitely high and certainly unreasonable for the Polish economy. Also, we have been all over here and masks are definitely not an urgent issue. At this museum, when we entered, we were asked by an unmasked docent to put on our masks. When my wife said she didn’t have hers, the unmasked woman said she could sell us one. Reminded me of the old days in Poland where someone was always trying to exploit their position to make a few more cents. After two visits, I think I’m done.

Amazing place to visit. A surprisingly large quantity of cannons, tanks, and weapons of war. The cost of admission is so cheap. If you go, the museum is off a small road outside of town, which seemed odd, but trust your GPS directions. An amazing place to visit if you are interested in WW2 and Soviet Cold War militaria!! Would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Most of the museum is outdoors, so dress accordingly

Small but very interesting museum with old military equipment from middle ages to the communist era. Everything quite well preserved inside the building. Outside there is an amazing exhibition of military airplanes and heavy equipment, reasonable well preserved but with clear signs of corrosion. There is not much guiding, but anyway I truly recommend it to interested people.

Some people have called the place a small museum; I wouldn't. A surprising amount of military hardware including planes, helicopters, missiles, tanks and artillery pieces. Most exhibits have information in Polish, German and English. Worth a look inside the two buildings as well.

Surprisingly vast collection. Outstanding staff knowledge(don't know if they speak English though). Mainly arment of polish people's army (Warsaw pact period), the jevels are in the hangar in the back, multiple cut through aerospace engines and rockets are most interesting in my opinion.
