March, 2021 It was pretty dead here. The pool area has so much potential, but there has been so much damage by hurricanes in last decade or so. It looks like they had giant grill area in the past and even a stage. Yet - my room was facing the pool so I'm happy it was quiet. The room was a bit rough around the edges. The internet connection was spotty, but it was bug free. The staff are all very friendly...I enjoyed chatting with them. It's in a nice location within walking distance to several places to eat and a mini mart...and a dominoes...

The place was clean, but run down and overpriced. My room wasn't cleaned well between nights. The refrigerator had bottles in it from the previous guests. Light bulbs burned out. Broken shower valve. No drinkable water in room. The employees mostly sat around using their phones and weren't very friendly. Floors, decks and common areas were very clean. Restaurant is only open for breakfast, and the food and service was very good. This restaurant was the only reasonably priced thing I found in Freeport.

The wifi is present, but for the duration of my stay, the password was not offered by the Front Desk Clerk.(I never bothered to ask) The floors of the room needed more preparation/cleaning. The room had an overpowering smoke odor. The do not disturb signage was not adhered to, not until I requested of the Front Desk to respect my wishes. The towels were removed from the room, only to be returned the next day.(One set was present, but the bath mat wasn't replaced.)

There were some slight issues with the room, but they were very accommodating. Changed rooms and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks Charmaine and Ms Johnson

The starting was good with the younger lady at the front desk assistants in the shop, and food service was also good for the first day or 2 the other staff aren’t so friendly at all left us with no choice but to dont want to be there anymore. Service with down the drain. At like time for dinning.

Some areas are renovated with color, but most not. Old rooms, old bath. Don't like it much.

It's not a top notch hotel it is more like an motel...the rooms decor is outdated. Microwave are not in all of the rooms, which was a thumbs down for us because we could not warm our food for the kids. Jacuzzi needs to be kept clean. Oh but the AC in our room was very clean. The front desk clerk that checked us in and out was very nice. Other staff needs customer service training even the security. When we visit Freeport again, we sure will not be staying there again.

Rooms little old and rusty but services are good and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend dinning in their restaurant, local food like stew conch is cheap and good portion.

They kept my $100dls deposit I was in room 435 I made my reservation directly on the hotel website and upon arrival they tell me that I have to pay a deposit if they are not going to give me the service I believe that it is better to be specific in the price and not do it because I feel that it was an abuse, be careful with that detail, it is better to expose it on the reservation page since one pays for a service

Must have been a nice hotel in it's prime. No longer. Barely get warm water of the shower. Fridge very loud as well as the AC Depending where your room is there is no WiFi The pool is not the cleanest. You may have to share the room with roaches. Not a walking distance from anything. There is better hotel with better location and better everything

Really run down place, that may have been luxurious years ago. Plumbing, doors, safe etc. in a bad shape. Shower, unable to provide enough water, to rinse of soap, and not really any hot water. Pool wasn't cleaned. Must've been off-season... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nothing special about this hotel. Old building, wifi coverage is poor in many rooms. Basic facilities in rooms though room sizes are good and location is also good. Good is ok and had a nice swimming pool
