First time trying out this hotel, only 2 towels they put in the room. But it's 4 people. Asked for extra towel they refuse. They said they don't give extra towels. So I am guessing we suppose to share towels. Also had a centipede problem, killed 3 baby centipedes. Had to change rooms. First and last time. It was really the 2 towels for each room that I found crazy.

I have never rent a room there, but I had friends ho had and they like it there.

The serice was on point. Everyone was really nice always willing to help.

The first room the aircondition wasnt cooling the second room was on point but they keep locking us out before the date we was suppose to leave. The restaurant was solid the employees was great at there job i will be back in short order if only for breakfast.

Good hotel but needs structural improvements, walkways on the fourth floor expose rusty rebars from cracked concrete slabs.

Stayed here for business. Nice pool bar and evening grilling Thursdays through Sunday. Ava and Ashley both great bar tenders

average, drinking/ mineral water in room is absent, need buy or you can receive during breakfast, lunch and dinner and some soft drink,.... juice was not offer ..... no any shop around, prises is higher 👆in bar and one shop in hotel, relations from personal of hotel is good, very picky, ..., the food is monotonous, constantly rice, if anyone does not like it, trouble, but cooked is well, vegetables and fruits is absent .... . some splat from cabbage and carrot (carrot only for looking) ... once there was potatoes 🍠/ mashed potatoes and salad (carrots, cauliflower) from frozen vegetables and just sweet corn 🌽 canned... for one, two days no problems....might be it is not season, but hotel is working...

Honestly this place has the most discusting food . For the first time in my life i had to send back a breakfast not even a real plate ! How can you make eggs potatoes bacon ans sausage discusting? I sent back my plate and left . Thankfully the waitress was friendly but never again ! I should have trusted the review . They need to hire a new cook

Short stay. Close to the airport and food is not to far away. Parking is limited. The room was clean but dated. The value for the money was good for an overnight of even a few days especially if you are in town for business. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again under similar circumstances.

I've stayed multiple times. I prefer staying here over the more upity tourist resorts. The beds here were way more comfortable. Best location. Great value. My go to hotel for all future stays in Freeport.

Great location but the customer service could be better. We were not informed that the restaurant was closed until we called reception to find out details for breakfast in the morning. The hotel room we were in had lots of ants and the carpet was in dire need of a deep clean. Hence the reason for my rating

The room we stayed in need a total overhaul, the carpet needs to be cleaned or updated and the place needs to be fumigated.

The employees are great but the room could use some more work meaning the shower needs to be fix so the water don't waste on the floor the bed needs to be changed it's not comfortable also the lighting is poor in the room to many plugs

Come and try Johnny's grill and bar at the poolside start your day in the pool and move on to the bar for your drinks while await for your choice of grill pork, chicken,ribbs, with a side of bake macaroni Bahamian food see you there.

Although this hotel is still under repair from Dorian, the completed rooms are wonderful. Very clean, friendly staff, close to the airport as well as the port of Freeport. The onsite restaurant is very satisfying. Not far from Port Lacuya. Great place. Definently recommend

iMust Say iReally Judqed Castaways Based On Thee Area &' The fact that there's no cars there I was under thee impression it was abandoned. But I has some family come down this weekend from westpalm Beach &' they stayed there. The service was AWESOME, &' The place was very clean &' comfortable. They had a pool bar and quite a good bit of activities there.

In 2019 and 2020, I spent a total of about 7 weeks at Castaways. The staff there is a real pleasure to be around and chat with. The rooms have microwave, fridge and desk, though still with tube TV's but I got used to that real fast. Internet access was good. All and all room room was more than adequate for me...though things slightly worn... Vending downstairs. Security on site and safe. Restaurant connected to hotel is very convenient and nice. Fantastic coffee!!! Across street and nearby are a small mini mart and places to eat - within walking distance
