The restaurant is a must, great food, great drink selection,the staff takes good care of you, Ask for Charmaine she will take care of you. That's one of the places my wife loves to go on our Anniversary. The owner, she is very nice nice.

Actually, my family and I celebrated a birthday at "Upstairs on the Bay", an outstanding restaurant serving authentically mouthwatering Bahamian dishes. I am never disappointed when we have an opportunity to go there. The service was great , the food and atmosphere ... wonderful. The price is comparable with other like restaurants. I will confidently recommend this place. 👍

Absolutely superb. One of the best stays in the Caribbean. The rooms are so clean and fresh. The linen is soft and smells wonderful. The staff are so welcoming and kind and take great interest in your stay. I stayed here alone as a female traveller and couldn’t have felt more safe. The restaurant and bar is exceptional: warm, cosy, friendly with a fantastic selection of drinks and the food is some of the best I have ever eaten. The location is great, especially for diving, and the rates are such a bargain. I won’t stay anywhere else when I am in Grand Bahama. You’re family here. Highly recommended.

Nice atmosphere and very welcoming and friendly staff

Incredible, amazing, friendly staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home, comfortable and welcome. Awesome, convenient location for boating and fishing and access to the outlet. The room was clean and cool. Beds were comfy. Pool was great! We shall definitely return when in the area again!

we stayed two nights. The hotel is good, clean and spacious. The personnel is very friendly. The restaurant is excellent, exquisite meals and good prices.

We did not stay at the hotel but went to the Burger Night on Wednesday. The burger we got was absolutely great. But it was not only the burger that tasted great, also the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Words can not describe how much I appreciated the friendly staff. They truly make me feel like a family. I traveled solo and booked some scuba trips as a package deal with the hotel stay. The staff kept checking on me, making sure I have something to do on the island when some of my scuba trips got canceled due to the weather. I booked some side tours with Genie at a much cheaper price I found online. She arranged her friend to pick me up and drop me off at the location, she even stayed at the event with me to keep my company for 3 hours! The hotel room I stayed has a great view of the marina. It is also very spacious and clean. I am very happy to choose this hotel on my Grand Bahama vacation. Everything went so well.

Stayed at Bell Channel Inn for 2 nights. And it was beautiful. When I got the room, it was cleaned (The Bahamian Way)LOL! Can’t wait to come back. Awesome service.

Only dined in the restaurant, the atmosphere was nice the food was good and the service was pleasant.
