It was quaint and comfortable. Small and family feel. Staff was very kind. The manager was very nice and my family rode the jet skis and my brother fell off even though they had to do a lot of a work after they were still kind and professional.

I loved my stay with sea breeze!! I felt safe there! It's a hidden gem!! I loved the rooms and the way the staff cares for their guest, I felt like family before we left! They transported us everywhere we needed to go, they had a great New Year's Eve party, plenty of activities to keep you entertained, and they are steps away from the beach! I will be back to visit! Me and my family had so much fun we didn't want to leave!

Beach was wonderful and staff were friendly but the drinks/food was very expensive and they would charge you per person for taking their drivers anywhere. (As a family of 4 that was irritating). They had little to no hot water, if the water was even turned on that day. They had these activities that they advertised but wouldn't go out if there was any ripples on the ocean.. which there was the whole trip. Without the activities there wasn't much to do, the pool was tiny.

We LOVE the Seabreeze!! Wonderful accommodations! Great restaurant/bar right onsite, wonderful pool/hot tub, ocean views from room/balcony, steps away from the most beautiful, turquoise waters, and the BEST staff/crew. They made us feel right at home! We have already started to make plans to stay here again!

The saving grace of this place is the 2 minute walk to the beach. And the people are very nice. One shower was like angel tears coming out. It cannot be considered a shower if the water dribbles out. It is not clean. Bedding stained.🙁 gross! Maybe other units are better but Unit 2 is not that good.

What was suppose to be a family vacation turned into a vacation with my sister only. The staff went above and beyond any expectations I had. The property is well kept and the view is amazing! I will definitely be back!

The Seabreeze was the perfect place to stay for my fishing partner and I on our most recent adventure on the salt. Emil, Lorraine and her staff welcomed us and treated us like old friends. The grounds and the buildings are beautifully kept up and the pool and poolside bar was a great kickback after another day on the water. Well made drinks, ice cold Sands beer, and delicious meals made from our fresh caught fish would cap our evenings. We watched stunning sunsets from our veranda or we could walk across the street to the breachway. We found a legitimate Bahamian salt, Captain Les, who took us out every day for fishing and free diving until the rough seas wouldn’t allow it. The whole experience was a fisherman’s dream. I truly hope to return again as the island heals and comes back from the terrible beating that Dorian delivered.

We had a perfect vacation. What a fantastic condo. Everything we could possibly need was there! Comfortable beds, hammock just outside with an ocean view! I could stay here forever!

Fantastic, friendly, caring staff. Although there are a few items that require updating in & around the villas, we were very pleased during our week stay in September 2018. Nothing that detracted from our stay, & we got on with our holiday without issue. Mosquito's can be a pest, so take some spray etc. The apartments are clean & very spacious ( we had a 2 bed). We didn't find the sauna until our penultimate day, but that was our fault. Just ask a (willing) staff member to assist with anything. Collect from aiport- no problem. Need to go to the supermarket or shops- no problem. We look forward to going back in 2019.

When I went to vacation to grand bahama I was amazed to see a wonderful place like Seabreeze, their rooms were to of the line, the property is always clean and their pool and jacuzzi was the cherry on top, I am definitely going back here soon, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious vacation.

Rooms are amazing, nice little pool and a bar outside. It's worth booking and if your thinking about it what did nike say? Just Do It!!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I purchase a package from this place a few years ago, due to covid I was never able to use it so I lost two years even thought the place and country was close they refuse to extend my packed instead tried to sell me another one. So I decline and decided to use what I had left, the rooms that was giving on first visit had some many issues I don't know where to stay. I came back again for the second stay so I don't lose the remaining weeks I had left, still the same issues, low water pressure, my pee stream is stronger then the water pressure no lie. The second bathroom no one can use because no water all, two towels, one blanket on bed, all the appliances are broken down, dirty dishes, rust out items so terrible. The only good about this place is Lorreane.

The place needs a major overhaul, things are either broken or falling apart. I feel like this is not what I paid for. Very little staff and no one to help with issues. I did not get my money worth.

Me and my family spent one week at this resort, and all I can say is that everything surpassed our expectations! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Staff memeber Lorraine gave me and my wife all the details about the island, and after fulfilling and experiencing the culture and activities, we definitely come back. By the way, the rooms are very clean, the food is delicious at the restaurant, and the bartenders hook it up!!😊
