One of the bad places oyo had I wonder why it's been given licenced by oyo horrible way to reach it's been like you are going to a wrong place not in a hotel and after that the staff was also not behaving well and not mannered the rooms also didn't have up to the mark ac was not working as well and after that they didn't accept online booking which we had to face many problem they are giving room for the cash payment

Whey refused to open gate because I reached in around 11:45 in night and their theory was when why you came late in the night. I told them I have pre booking but they tild me for taking another hotel. I told him about pre-paid money so he asked why you pre-paid.

First of all the bedsheet was unclean and there was bits of cigarette in the room. The room was very dirty. For the whole stay the AC was not working and even the washroom had no power. Used towel was kept in the washroom and hot was running through the tap on such a hot day. It was such a suffocating room with no AC.There was no soap in the loo as well. On whole it was my worst stay in Lucknow.

They don't allow me to check in. There is no light. They said me cancel the booking. After cancelling I didn't get my full amt. I want to know why u deducted. How oyo can do it shocking for me.

Behaved very badly and i was threatened by receptionist. Very very very bad.. Request you oyo remove this hotel from your app... And please don't go here anybody..

Worst place. Just dont visit here anytime. No Ac no water supply nothing. The room is just a mess. I had to wait for 2 hours even after 12 PM for checkin. No proper staff. I wish I could give negative rating for this. And Oyo sucks too!

Worst experience ever😖😖 I stayed here 2 times there is always problem of electricity AC was not working TV recharge not done. Food delivered after 2 hour of order. So I request to OYO team play remove this hotel from our website. Plz never stay here.

Too bad, how can a hotel run without electricity connection . I booked it for one of my friend, while he was checking in the staff told that they would not turn on the AC as the hotel is running on Generators. I Had to cancel the booking. Extremely Bad Experience.
