I don’t normally do the reviews online that’s my 1st one I ever did. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Ludhiana. I reserved for 40 guests for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Best team Kitchen name . Enjoyed special Sunday Brunch on Easter . One of the best bakeries in Ludhiana, favorite preparations are Cheese cake , Red Velvet and Chocolate cake .

We had a theme based dinner buffet, “Rajasthan Trail”. The place has maintained the hygiene standards. It had a great spread. However, because of the rush the waiters could not pay enough attention to all the guests. We had to wait long for the starters and 2 of the dishes when served were cold. We were also not aware of what all the starters are and had to peep onto other’s tables to get an idea (not a good habit though) and then made special requests for those food items. Lastly, had to wait 15 minutes for the final bill.

Recently visited this place for buffet dinner & it was a good experience. Buffet was based on Rajasthan & Punjab theme. Since we went bit early, staff were extremely attentive. Maans, Kulcha Chhole & Kachori were very well prepared, good spread in desserts. However it seemed that the home made chicken curry could have been better.

5 star for the food made with love and served with love. A must try Laal Maas by chef Gurudeep only if you lucky enough to find him free. The service by the team is lovely and they will make sure you eat well!

The only downside to my experience at Kitchen at 95 was the air conditioning. It was not working properly, but I'm sure that this is something that can be adjusted. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at Kitchen at 95. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and luxurious meal in Ludhiana.

The ambience was really great, we visited this place and its at very good location, the food was very well cooked and it was very nicely served. The place was very fancy and cool. It's a nice place to hangout with friends and family on weekends and holidays. This place has very nice things to see and a different experience.

Very pathetic service. Not everyone but yes still there are many who doesn't know how to treat their customers. If we talk about food quality they were serving stale food and when i questend they even accepted it.

Terrible guest service. Food from the buffet menu is clearly not fresh cooked as we stayed there for over a week and saw modified dishes from previous day being served on the next day. All the curries have a thick layer of oil on them. I even got food poisoned after having their food.

THIS RESTAURANT IS SHAME IN THE NAME OF A 5 STAR HOTEL. WE VISITED LAST SUNDAY FOR A FAMILY DINNER AT 9 PM, THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY AND ALL WAITERS WERE STANDING IN GROUP AND GOSSIPING. MOST OF TABLES WERE OCCUPIED WITH EARLIER CLIENTS USED UTENSILS, AFTER WE SAT ON A TABLE THEY CAME TO PICK THE USED UTENSILS. THEY HAVE ALLCARTE AND ON TABLE BUFFET SYSTEM AND WE CHOOSE BUFFET, THERE SERVICE WAS SO SLOW LIKE THEY WERE BRINGING ANOTHER DISH AT INTERVAL OF 10-15 MIN, AFTER COMPLAINING THRE WAITER SAID DON'T WORRY, SIR AM, BRINGING ALL ITEMS FRESH FOR YOU BUT AFTER WAITING FOR 30 MINS LONG NO ITEMS CAME, AT LAST, WE START DINNER AND NON OF THERE DINNER ITEM IS UP TO MARK MOST OF VESSAL WERE EMPTY, WE SOME HOW GOT SOME ITEM TO EAT BUT THAT WAS VERY BAD IN TASTE. The large options in the cuisine specially prepared for the festival speak a lot about their ability and talented staff in the kitchen and the hospitality team engaged. Mouthwatering dishes Dal Bati Churma & Lal maas served here had a real authentic taste. Moreover, the daily preparation are meticulously selected from a vast variety of dishes. For such exorbitant prices, the food quality is poor. We went for my father’s birthday and ordered a la carte. The daal makhni was the worst, bland and too thick. For dessert we ordered ras malai, and probably the worst i had in my entire life - cold and stale. At least get regional delicacies right. The food was comparable to a 1 star restaurant with prices 10x higher

Morning breakfast was amazing. We just loved food service and spread. They server almost every thing in breakfast. And service was very good. We had dinner also there. We ordered some starters and main course. Food was good and service was also good. All over good place to have food

Had Buffet lunch with family on 17/12/2023.. My Review : 1. Ambience : Place have good sitting in terms of number of guests but Tables, Chairs and Linen are not 5 star type, in fact they are average .. Glass windows you can see dirt , No music .. 2. Food : Nothing to give good review here . They are charging a Hefty sum of 1300 approx per person . 2 veg snacks which never come on table have to wait for 45 minutes for them , and when they came oil was all over them inside and outside , cracked ; they were below any Dhabha quality, looked like they were fried again. On complaining to manager he said ok . I mean I was expecting a replacement, Then came Dahi kabab : Dahi kabab were also fried (Fried Kabab 😊) , fish had lots of cornflour on it, chicken was like chewing gum …what worse can be more than this ? Pizza : Half cooked .. pasta was okayish Chat section : Golgappa water was too salty Papdi chat was good . Salads : Good variety and only thing we cherished .. Main course : very less variety … and if you are going there order breads 1/2 hour before otherwise you have to wait with main course in your plate I have never ever written such a bad review in my life and only way to share my experience so that hard earned money of anyone else in not wasted 3 . Service : Would have given 0 star if option was there . You have to call them again and again and again and again till they themselves get frustrated. They are lacking basic Humility which is expected not from a 5 star but even an average restaurant. In complaining to Manager we were assigned another waiter who didn’t came back again . On complaining again the manager responded “itne log to Hein” let me tell you guests are bullied here On demanding breads “ Abhi de kar to Gaye hein “ ( served to one guest out of 5 See : we wanted to celebrate and make our occasion special by going to a special place like HYATT , they infact made it special by poor service, bad food taste and quality .. Have been to many restaurants in Ludhiana : Bistro, Yellow Chilly, POG, BBQ, Spice cube , Wildfire , Wok Singh and many more but I think Cloud 95 by Hyatt is worst …:

Garbage food. None of the dishes tasted right. The egg fried rice and chicken fried rice literally only had rice and egg, and rice and chicken, respectively. Our waiter left after taking our order. If it wasn’t for another lead waiter, we wouldn't have gotten our food. Also this is the order we received the food. One main course, second main course, appetizer, drinks, third main course, fourth main course. I’ve never heard of that meal order in my life. Orders were incorrect/undercooked as well. I don’t know how this place is anywhere near 5 stars, they probably have people they personally know review the place.

Kitchen at 95 is one of the restaurants which has a wide array of dishes from a variety of cultures such as Indian, Chinese, Italian, Asian and Western. A la carte menu is also available for one's convenience. The atmosphere is exquisite and the staff are well mannered. Definitely one of the better and go-to restaurants of the locality.

Finally able to review remarkable kitchen of ludhiana as it has a reputation, I found satle flavors mostly foreigners board Hyatt so , if you are looking for Desi strong taste so forget that.. must try elite balance made by chef to fullfill taste harmony. Mostly I had South Indian delicacies n I ate all tea cakes , I hardly like Punjabi stuff like kulcha n prantha, I already explained why... 😅 . I had lunch too which was tasty too . My overall experience was good n matched to give it a 5 star ratings as per experience.

*Late review* I had brunch with my mom and dad on 26th Dec '21. I had heard a lot about Hyatt's Sunday special brunch, so we decided to go for it. Turns out, it was way more enjoyable and the variety of food one gets, keeping you craving for more. Our personal attendant Priya did a phenomenal job in looking after us. She was very attentive and active throughout. For instance, my father needed a particular dish to be less spicy and she personally took it up with the chef to prepare it. And what can I say about Chef Hardeep. He is as charming as he was before in our previous experiences. He always make sure that he put an extra effort to go above and beyond to look after the needs of a customer. My father is agreat fan of vegetable clear soup, and I bet you, no one can prepare better than Chef Hardeep. Even though it was not present on the menu, he personally took it upon himself and prepared fresh soup for my family. It might sound repetitive, but I would definitely visit Kitchen@95 because of their exquisite service and dedication towards their customer.

We had the breakfast buffet when we stayed at Hyatt. There was a lavish spread consisting of all bakery items, South Indian, continental and Indian cuisine. The quality of the food was good and service impeccable. We totally enjoyed.
