Ambience - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hygiene - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vibe - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Theatre - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These guys excel almost every aspect and have outlets of many good brands but..they need to add..dominos or mcdonalds for quick bite as theatre is having very much costly food ..and outlet on ground floor is also having very costly food..that outlet is basically for cakes and cookies..but not for quick bite..like burgers pizzas fries coldrinks etc..most important thing to note down..whenever you park your vehicle in their premises..they are having 3 floors of parking area..so make sure to note down the pillar number near which you are parking your vehicle 1 star less because they dont have a quick bite restaurant and 1 star less because food on the floors should not be so costly that it is out of the pocket for a middle man.. All aside..theatre is very much good and they have 5 auditorium and they strictly follow covid-19 guidelines set by govt..so head on and visit them for sure

They need to fix their Recliners and clean the screen. That so dirty that you can clearly see the stains on the screen. Specially in 3D movies, it becomes so dark that a TV would do better than their screen. Recliners are broken often not cleaned. It seems like they are able to maintain the theater after COVID. If you are going for 3D movie, don't ever go there. Better to go to Siver arc or pavillion. I hope they fix these issues soon.

Best shopping mall in ludhiana, great place, like all types of fun games are here, shopping showroom are here, reliance are here for grocery and electronics products, food counters are here, cinema (movies) are here, this mall is really good and peace place, if anyone want to spend time with family visit this mall you will get all types of enjoyment here, like you can do shopping with your family, for kids fun city is here, I love it really great experience.

Crowdy very crowdy. Bcoz of heavy rush service at f&b counter is also slow. Too much costly 320 rs. for popcorns and 310rs. for 600ml cold drink is tooo much. Otherwise seats are comfortable with ample leg space.

Though i have seen many movies here and it is a good cinema, but was disappointed today. Went to watch thor and they played the whole trailer just before starting the movie. Also the floor was not clean. It was so sticky that my shoes were sticking alot. May be they should work on cleanliness.

It was good. Food in the theater a bit costly. Not very good experience in the movie theater. Only for type of seating available. Also the theater was too small. Even though we booked the last row (Audi 5), it felt like we are too close to the screen . Don't know about others. But don't book a seat in Audi 5.

Very good cinema in MBD neopolis mall on ferozpur road. The picture quality, sound quality, seating capacity and quality is awesome. The air conditioning is fine. Ticket prices are higher compared to pvr and waves cinema. The restaurant price is too high compared to market.

Really good place to watch movies. Facility to buy online tickets in some extra price. Seats are very comfortable. Staff is very polite. The only problem is the cost of the food items are very high and many can not afford that.

I watched Thor love and thunder today at 10 am seat was M15 and I was surprised that the projector lense was out of focus..All the picture was blur with or without 3D glasses and first 10 to 15 mins were wasted..Never expected this from Cinepolis...even nobody was there to attend the problem or to guide for seat no. or to provide the 3D glasses.Very bas experience.

The best cinemas in Ludhiana. You heard that right!! I've been to more than 4 movie theatres in Ludhiana and found it to be the best one l, both in terms of audience capacity and picture quality. Although there are less options for food and snacks here, it's still better than the others.

Worest experience while watching KGF chapter 2 in telugu..the show was stopped after 1st half (people were saying there was some technical issues and i dont understand before starting the show , theater people need to see all of this kind of technical issues earlier) and haven't started even after 1 hour and the manager who is responsible to audience to give answer, he is not at all talking in a responsible way..Mbd Theater is always thinking in their point of view but not in audience point of view but later after 1 hour we got compensation to watch movie in hindi from second half

Now Im not much of a movie goer myself however when it comes to preferred choice of movie theaters in Ludhiana city, I prefer Cinepolis at MBD. The hall is not very big but has one of the most affordable premium recliner seats. One gets to practically lay down on an electric recliner with a nice bucket of popcorn and other eatables while enjoying their favourite flick. Food quality is not bad at all and the staff are cooperative and helpful. Although the overall sound in the hall is not that bad, but if you compare it with competition, they can do much better, especially with the bass. Nonetheless deducting one star for the sound quality. Conclusively, if you want the best bang for your buck in premium seating department, go for Cinepolis

Really had a very bad experience…. Not worth of watching any big movie…. Very poor sound quality…. I think staff doesn’t check the quality of sound before they play… highly disappointed with cinepolis… I think local theatre’s are providing better sound quality than this… Not at all recommend to watch movie… when people are paying what is the problem in providing quality…

One of my favourite cinema in the city of Ludhiana. The most interesting thing is the price of movie tickets is quite affordable for anyone. It offers combo packs in snacks which everyone likes however the worst thing is about nachos in which you get small quantity of cheese souce even you hardly enjoy quarter of your nachos with that souce. Morever the bathrooms are absolutelyclean and smells good.
