Fundamental
premise:
Hotel
Villa
Marita
is
a
2-star
hotel
so
I
evaluate
it
considering
that
it
is
a
2-star
not
a
superior
category
hotel.
The
hotel
is
located
in
a
residential
area
in
the
upper
part
of
the
city
of
Lugano,
just
a
few
minutes
from
the
airport.
It
has
60s
decor,
it
doesn't
have
many
rooms,
it
seems
like
a
maximum
of
24
to
me,
the
owner,
a
cross
between
Alex
Drastico
and
one
of
the
DikDiks,
is
very
courteous
and
helpful.
The
room
I
had,
no.
18,
was
spacious,
furnished
with
60s
furniture,
a
hallway,
a
normal-sized
bathroom
with
a
built-in
shower,
a
bedroom
with
a
small
balcony
and
a
view
of
the
mountains.
It
was
a
clean,
tidy
room,
obviously
without
a
minibar
and
a
small
television.
I
was
in
Lugano
alone
for
work
so
the
bed
was
single.
The
breakfast
was
international
(sweet/savoury)
with
fresh
bread
and
croissants
that
were
decidedly
good
and
richly
filled
(better
than
others
eaten
in
higher-end
hotels).
I
was
happy
with
it,
it's
cheap,
there's
room
to
park
so
as
I
just
need
a
clean
place
to
sleep
comfortably,
take
a
shower
and
have
an
honest
breakfast
to
face
the
day
at
work,
I
feel
fully
satisfied.
It
delivers
what
it
says.
I
was
forgetting,
free
wi
fi
is
open
throughout
the
entire
hotel.
