Imagine reporting a thief(who was even caught on 📸) to police but they turn against you &put you behind bars, just because the thief was a police officer at the station!!! Mr. Wabwire(the then DPC), I'll never forget you bro. You taught me a big lesson!!! Code 94; & 95!!!

It is also known as Kawolo Police station. It's kept busy by the many accidents that occur on the Kampala-Jinja Hwy between Lugazi and Jinja.

My vehicle had been accused of having failed to pay for an express penalty given in 2016 for a bad mechanical condition, and then I was diverted to the police station and given another express ticket to pay there and then. When I checked the ticket, I explained to the officers who were there on duty @ the station that the vehicle in question wasn't mine. They insisted that I must pay before driving off the station. Then, I asked for the commander of the operation, & they showed him to me. I went & explained to him my issue, & fortunately, he understood very quickly. I had been given a ticket which belonged to Toyota Hiace, whereas mine is a Land Cruiser (Hardtop).
