Oh, a quiche is a beautiful thing! ❤️ So good it reminds me of home! Good selection of freshly prepared salad with it. Dropped by for Sunday brunch: large cold glass of watermelon juice, no added sugar. Served in glass with metal straw. Sadly takeaways are in plastic cups with plastic straws. Let's try and stop using disposable plastic, people! 🙏🏻 I really appreciate that Deli is allowing us to fill up our metal water bottles with the filtered water for just 1,000 shillings. This is a great spot for a coffee or lunch as there are different meeting areas. Inside is great for a meeting. You can also sit in the garden. A little noisy because it is on the main road but it is the quieter section of Jinja. Did not eat ice cream but Deli has a good selection of unusual flavors including salt caramel and (blue coloured) unicorn! They also have a selection of high quality gifts. Deli is in same building as Brood, who I know from their Kampala shops. Interesting collection of delicatessen items and European style bread. Free wi-fi. #EastAfricatraveldirectory #foodie #diaryofamuzungu #ExploreUganda #Jinja

Warm cozy place in the city of Jinja to wine, dine and chill and meet up with friends. The art gallery and grocery store come in handy as they have unique and special stuff to offer... Friendly customer service

The deli is popular among foreign tourists and expatriates in Jinja. Its great coffee and food. We had cappuccinos parked for takeaway since we were hitting the road. The Deli is famous for the high quality meat they sell in their variety section. They have unique cleaning products from unique brands

This is definitely the best restaurant in all of Jinja. It has unbelievably fast service, fantastic, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. There is no better place to grab some food then the Deli!

My favorite place in Jinja!! This is the best place for a “muzungu” food fix in Uganda. As an American, I can say this is a taste of home - the milkshakes here are absolutely amazing (the perfect consistency). Their grocery store here also has amazing American products! Highly recommend when you’re in Jinja for American food

A Very friendly restaurant with nice food. It’s not expensive though. Staff very kind. Service is quick. They have ice-cream shop and gifts shop with local hand made stuffs etc. Internet is very good Try their cheesecake and coffee (very strong). (You can stop there after a Jinja walking tour to refresh 🤣)

It is a nice place to have a meal and spend time with reading books and talking to your friends. The interior is really great with many crafts and art pieces that you can buy. The outdoor room is wide enough to let your children play. It has many kinds of tables and chairs inside and outside. They are really comfortable and cosy. You can even use free wifi here. Moreover, the dishes are really delicious, and not that expensive. The workers here are kind as well. Also, it has the food mart inside with fresh meats and others.

Small cute place. Their breakfast portions are really big and tasty. Even Vegetarian options. Their icecream too. You can shop African crafts in the shop. They have wine too and snacks. Totally worth the hype. It has both indoor and outdoor sitting and is good for group dinning too.

Their wraps are amazing, the best I’ve had. I definitely recommend it. The ambiance is good as well, welcoming staff and the waiting time isn’t long.

Good food like burgers, sandwiches, and quiche, plus cape, cookies, and smoothies. Popular among expats and tourists, the place offers a welcomed change in cuisine from the usual rice with beans. Prices are reasonable.

Called in as we’re driving into the city to check if they were still open and serving. We were assured they’d close at 4.30 on Sunday. Arrived at 3.50 to find the kitchen staff had left. No one was willing to help us or even point us in another direction where we might be served.

The place has a great ambiance to it but they seem to be designed to only cater mostly to tourists (foreigners) than opposed to serving all round. Moving forward, if your interested in eating fast food and if you are a fun of serenity then why not

Deli is my regular stopping place after food shopping, as such I would highly recommend it to each and all. The menu is comprehensive catering for all tastes, there is also an ice cream counter with a wide variety flavours. The staff are helpful and efficient. There is also a food shop with quite a variety of meats ... the burgers are delicious ...
