Very very worst in the case of managing inpatient during Night Shift. The Night Shift nurses are very rude and itโ€™s like they went there to sleep. Youโ€™ll find them putting their heads on tables to sleep. My sister gave birth from there and my nephew has been diagnosed with a brain injury and will have a permanent disability. He is already having symptoms of celebral palsy all because of negligence of the midwife and the entire medical team. Just one person not doing their job well has led to a big damage to an innocent child. She begged to be taken to the theatre to have the baby removed but the midwife declined and said the doctor wasnโ€™t around anymore and had gone to Mulago. Why would such a big hospital not have a doctor stay on duty for such emergencies? We know we will not get justice in this country but no mother deserves to go through the same. I KNOW YOU WILL ALSO DELETE THIS REVIEW JUST LIKE YOU DELETED MY SISTERโ€™S REVIEW and other negative reviews but we will not give up.

I have been visiting this hospital since 2014 and I am happy with the services. The new beautiful imaging centre with a new ultrasound scan and xray is really good and well air conditioned.

I went there for an x ray for my leg and they first asked 30k cash for consultation ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก When I paid that the doctor just signed my papers ๐Ÿ˜ฏ. Was that consultantion really? Stop taking peoples money. Most people come when they know what exactly they want ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜•

Am Dinah Mutyaba, I really want to first thank God for leading me to this wonderful hospital with the help of my dear husband, I have a lot to type but especially my sencere gratitude goes to Doctor Sselubiri the gyn that helped me birth my daughter via c- section, this doctor is so heavenly, so patient and kind... Dr Alex that warm welcome you gave me in the theatre and the prayers that comforted me and made me feel that am surely in the right place. The midwife team, awww๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ they are so sweet, so welcoming. I was in the private room, the nurses and doctors would check on me every now and then, the room clean, the cleaners too are so sweet, to cut this short, AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO GOD ๐Ÿคโค๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Commendable service and professional staff. Oh, and you don't have to sell your entire inheritance to afford their services. Thank you for bringing quality healthcare close to us.

I had my delivery here. The midwife and doctors were amazing, I received good customer care from the staff. I got a private room which was clean and well organized. Doctors were checking on me every hour. In summary I had the best experience here and the charges are affordable.

One thing a sick person really wants is good reception even before the treatment. This is what I got from RGHM...I felt half the pain leaving the body especially around my abdominal area... thanks for the good work!

I brought my wife to deliver by elective C-section and we received amazing customer care from the gyn and the midwives. I commend them for their exceptional service. I suggest though that the facility puts in place a prayer room.....having to pray in public spaces for 3 days was the only hard part. Otherwise thanks a lot

Very poor services, all they care about is money. Everything is go to cashier. It s a private hospital but I was treated like in a gorvenment hospital. If I needed gorvenment services I would have gone there but I wanted private services that would give me a quick fast response but all in vain. Workers there are so proud and no one cares about the long que. Doctors pass by as if they don't watch patients. At the end when they describe the medication if it happens u don't have money for it and u ask them to write you the medicine they will ask 4000 for just drug descriptions. The point here is not that I did not have money for medication but their attitude made me change my mind not to have any medication from that hospital. Go to cashier, go to cashier, how the hell is that? Will never go back there or recommend someone there. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

Disappointed!!! I gave birth by caesarian from this facility a year ago but my experience was terrible and attendants were not pleased. I nearly died from coldness after surgery because we didn't even know what happens. We had to be the ones calling the nurses when drips got done. the night shift nurses were extremely rude. The one perfect thing was my gyn, Dr. Lawrence Serubili, I wish I could find him in a different facility. releasing us from hospital was also a problem. I was soo disappointed.

This hospital has young arrogant staff. So slow with insurance clients. Arrogant insurance attendant. Staff need training. The doctors are nice though.

Please donโ€™t go to this hospital. I repeat do not go to this hospital especially if youโ€™re a first time mother. I gave birth in this hospital two months ago and this has become the worst decision Iโ€™ve made in my life. I was given a very inexperienced midwife to deliver me, she seemed to have had a tough day and kept napping the whole time. The delivery period was prolonged until my baby got distressed. I begged the midwife to have my baby removed through c-section but she declined saying there was no doctor on duty that night. The doctor was in Mulago that night. My baby was finally born at 5:49 am, he was distressed and didnโ€™t cry. He developed a brain damage due negligence of the midwife and the entire medical team of the hospital. No doctor assessed him even when he had convulsions. The inexperienced pediatrician came to check the baby at 2:00 pm when we had requested for a referral and said the baby was okay and I should feed him and yet the baby was crying endlessly and his fever was around 38. We requested for a referral at 2:00 pm and the discharge was prolonged for some unknown reason. My baby was diagnosed with HIE and will end up with permanent disabilities because of negligence of medical personnel.

Was asked to go do a scan there by my doctor. I was surprised by the amazing set up of the scan and xray unit, with an air conditioned waiting space and examination rooms. I appreciated the good technology you have brought close by in Kawempe

We had our newly born baby admitted in the Neonatal Unit due to jaundice and she recovered fully after 2 days. Even though access to the unit was restricted to only us the parents and our relatives were unable to come in to see the baby during that time, we recieved great care from the staff in the unit. We appreciated their care.

I was pleased with the services I received. The waiting time was short and I also liked the doctor's encouragement to investigate my issue with lab tests rather than just going by a guess like the it used to be when I went to pharmacies. The staff were professional and had a systematic order that one goes through from arrival up to getting their prescription.

Your services are rubbish๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿšฎ if anyone has an emergency Ruth Gaylord isnโ€™t the place!!! The insurance desk! Itself you plead with the attendant to check your card, letโ€™s not talk about the laboratory banange๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎthe lab technicians are always on their own they take ages to let you in and run the samples. I had to plead with them to run the blood sample. I am very disgusted with everything

The worst service I have ever seen. I was sent to Dr James this evening and I spent close to 40 minutes in his office and all he was doing is on the computer. Not even asking me a thing. And after he asked me how he could help me. TRUSH

Gary Holmes Hospital is a way ahead in Maternity,Laboratory and Imaging services. I had a great experience at a critical moment and so were those I referred to there.

Disappointed!!!! Contacts provided on the website never responded to. Then give them a random visit only to be told that a particular service is not provided that very day after wasting time and money!!! What a lack of flexibility in modern business error!!!!

I commend you for increasing the number of specialists. At first my interest was in the paediatrician because it is mostly the kids who get sick but was glad that you now also have the gyn, physician, ENT, surgeon, etc. Glad those services are close by this area.
