It’s a little bit far out from the city centre but let me tell you, it’s well worth it. Absolutely amazing views over lake Victoria. The golden hour is breathtaking if you get a clear day and full blue skies. Speed boat, swimming, gym, playground for the kids perfect for all day visit. Food is ok I’m sure it’s work in progress.

Very disappointing, since they first ask us to pay before we enter and then after we came on a boat and then yet there's no spefic reason to ask that payement and after we payed a 100,000 for five person they said we could use the money to get services, which were very poor slow the waiters barely check on you,and we ordered several meals that we didn't eat because we have to use the 100,000 otherwise they won't refund the remaining balance. And the who approached us to ask for the payement is even not nice at all...there's so many beautiful places to see besides this one. So our whole experience was horrible and poor. Such a shame from a place that looks nice. I don't recommend it at all unless they get rid of this nonsense idea

Though mostly crowded through out the week with people having fun, it's surely a good place to have a weekend relaxation. Very good for kids and family time. Additionally, the campsites around and within the vicinity offer even better intimate memories if you so wish. The food is fair with beef, fish, pork dishes served with rice/fries. Despite of the restrictions against carrying homemade foods, its such a homely and lovely lakeside experience

It's a beautiful resort and worth a trip. Service needs improvement though especially at peak times. You might as well walk and place your order. Overall, great scenery... Boat riding, volleyball, football are some of the activities you can take. Carry a speaker in case of group chilling

Was here with family. The place looks great. Service time was excellent. The grilled stuff we ordered for, not so...great. Prices were a bit steep compared to the quality of what we ate. Location is deep inside, off the rough main road. Perhaps they were having a bad day in the kitchen. Will make another visit.

Very calm and lovely environment with a variety of recreational activities, the resort with amazing views, the pool, great food, desserts and drinks. It’s really a nice tourist spot with great customer service and good security.

It was Sunday when we reached there, the mighty day of the week where you can finally go to hangout with friends and family. But the place was worthy of spending such a valuable day there. With a large swimming pool just at the beach 🏖️ of victoria lake, and highly decorated and organized rooms, restaurant and a vast loan it provides a romantic sensation of leisure for the tourists. I liked it even more when the rain 🌧️ came and people started running 💨 here and there to find shelter. I was left alone to enjoy the rain. The clip here was taken on the road 🛣️.

It was great! Pool is what I went for and amenities in the bathrooms were quite clean and or cleaned often which is a plus for that. Though the first time I visited I didn't like how plain their food was, good display but taste of various spices were lacking ......wish pools had mini trenches for swimmers who have snort, it would make the pool cleaner to swim in. Otherwise it was good overall.

I loved my stay at the resort, the views, the pool 🏊‍♀️ though forgot my bag and got it back am grateful for that 🙏 unfortunately no bathroom sandals, bathrobe, food was okay but not like what I expected just normal taste, no bathroom lotions but I loved my stay, just a few things I wanted and couldn’t have them. Honestly went to kazzi with very low expectations but these people out did them selves. The service was great and the breakfast was always amazing. Stayed two nights but I can’t wait to go back. I recommend 100% but work on the gym. 😂

Your local Wines and Spirits shop close by who visit the lovely Kaazi Beach Resort every few days and we must say, always a pleasure to be there. Great food and great staff but our recommendation for food would be the deep fried Tilapia and chips. Also we have stayed in the resort and the rooms are sublime with reasonably priced rooms.

Kazi Beach it's a cozy place but not good service orders take hours and hours to come both eats and drinks ,toilets are very dirty no body is there to clean them and the person who picks up the booking phone number on your website is a nightmare she's not a good host, though the place looks beautiful

Serenity at it's peak, the lake view 👍 variety of drinks and wide menu, great service too. Went on a quite busy day it was a public holiday so it was too crowded, the pool oh my gosh(was full to capacity). So I would recommend family outing on such days and dates on other days of the week coz it's ideal.

One of the worst experiences I have faced with my family.Right from security to management ,there is a lack of respect as well as hospitality.sincerely, having visited that place was indeed a huge mistake. Not 🚫 being allowed to take in drinks or food items ,we were also despised of taking in water which was essential and they weren't ready to provide it for free.

The place is really beautiful with the calmness from the waters of lake Victoria. But the food is very basic, that of a cook and not a professional chef honestly nothing to write home about. The service is still lacking. All in all it's a beautiful place to sit and have a cold drink, breath in some really fresh air from the lake and the surrounding greenery.

The views are spectacular, especially at sunset and afterwards. We took a boat cruise at sunset and it was an amazing experience. They have a limited food menu though, and small portions for everything except the fish.

The reception forces you to pay 20k per person at the entrance and when you want service , no will come to you , when you already give up at the seat someone will come and when you order , it takes more than one and half hour , then you will get unfresh and cold food which you can't even test it, it was worst experience

Pathetic pizza and chips eaten ever,staff and GM called els was so rude,when we escalate our concerns about the quality and taste.they least brother to listen to the genuine feedback,may be the owners are very humble and great,they might be running the business for charity for their staff and so called rude GM,I will definitely not recommend this resort at all for food lovers and health conscious people.

I went to Kaazi Resort by boat(from Luzira Shores) and left by road... Amazing, isn't it? While I was there, I chose a hidden spot that not many people accessed.(with a beautiful lake view) Their menu had a variety to choose from and I loved the food I ordered. I had the best time of my life and I'd go back, again and again.

The place is very good with a good lake view, and a spacious parking. There swimming pool is big enough and a very wide and big garden area near the lake. The have two upper terrace with the view to the lake. There food is nice and affordable and there staff and also good. The environment is quite with good water breeze and also enough rooms for accommodation. The security is tight and the place is easily accessible from busabala road off the entebbe express. If you need agood hide out for a vacation or relaxation you can use their services.

Great location and views but food was poor as too was the service. Swimming pool is top class and the grounds are beautiful. Such a shame that the food takes so long to order and be served. Pool seating is only available on weekends if you arrive early otherwise the bar is the only place to sit due to how busy it is. Been twice and very disappointed both times.

Very disappointed with Kaazi customer care. I was there with my four siblings, they stopped us at the reception forcing us to pay 100k before entering. Meanwhile other groups were passing by and entering....reason was groups have to pay that amount to ensure they get money they expect to earn. we seemed like idlers according to one lady at the reception. The gentleman I thought would have some sense was just as illiterate....no one would answer my questions ...anyway we left...such unprofessionalism. I'm so disappointed with Kaazi

It is a very beautiful place but the resort area has been denuded of trees in favour of an open grass lawn and introduced palms which robs it of its natural beauty It is a very busy, popular place for those who are youthful. it is therefore not suitable if one wants a quiet place to chill most of the rooms are crowded with several beds and the room i stayed in flooded the service was rather slow in the dining area because the waiters were out numbered

KaaziBeach Resort is definitely the best near by Beach Resort in Kampala. Some others are good, but crazy in price! The prices here are fair! The Restaurant is very good and the Service is not slowly! In evening there is a very romantic candle light on the tables, all tables in Restaurant and all rooms has a nice lakefew! The know the secrets of a very clean swimming pool and this pool is big enough that you are not jumping on your Neighbour!

It's a cozy, well situated and elegant beach resort. It's not anything like anyother beaches I have been to in Uganda. There are so many recreation activities from swimming to beach volleyball, pin ball, table tennis a boat ride on Lake Vic. It's a good place to have a family day picnic or a hot date with Wifey!

One there are no lifeguards and a kid drowned,second food is cold tea is not hot meat can't be eaten by children it is hard and when many people come they deduct the amount of food, pool is shallow everywhere, grass is very long u can't go near the beach plz improve on the resort plz put LIFEGUARDS Apart from that view is good games are good and breeze is good 👍👌 PLEASE WORK ON IT BUT THE VIEW AND BOAT CRUISE ARE SPECTACULAR 😔😔😔

A well kept garden. Down side is they dont allow to bring in your own food and yet they provide only snacks.

Unfortunately, very poor and bad customer service. When we got there, we crowded at the reception because how the payment system works is not written anywhere for a person to read. Everyone had the same questions, "How much do we pay?" "What does it cover?" Some people got in without paying amidst the confusion. Then the lady and the front desk had a very unprofessional tone.

I was so disappointed with the rooms, was dusty like they didn't know someone was coming to sleep in that night. The water in the shower was as cold as ice like which hotel doesn't have warm shower with all the money I was charged. And what pissed me off the most was the fact that they had no sandles in the room and when I asked they told me they sell them. Like wow!! Even the cheapest motel in Kampala has sandles for their guests especially to wear in the bathroom. The view was amazing though but that doesn't cut it!
