am
absolutely
livid
and
disgusted
with
the
abysmal
service
I
received
from
McDonald's
today.
I
placed
an
order
through
your
delivery
service,
and
not
only
did
it
arrive
late,
but
it
was
also
completely
wrong.
This
is
an
unacceptable
level
of
incompetence,
and
I
am
seething
with
anger
as
I
write
this
review.
First
and
foremost,
I
ordered
a
5
selects,
mayo
chicken,
fillet
'o'
fish,
wrap
of
the
day
and
a
cheese
burger,
and
what
did
I
receive
instead?
A
pitiful,
sad
excuse
for
a
big
tasty,
medium
chips
medium
coke
and
a
sloppy
cheese
burger.
How
on
earth
can
anyone
mix
up
such
simple
orders?
It's
like
your
employees
aren't
even
paying
attention
to
the
customer's
requests.
Furthermore,
the
fries
that
came
with
this
miserable
excuse
for
a
meal
were
cold
and
soggy.
It's
as
if
they
had
been
sitting
around
for
hours
before
being
carelessly
thrown
into
the
bag.
If
I
wanted
cold,
soggy
fries,
I
would
have
microwaved
the
ones
I
have
at
home!
But
the
icing
on
the
cake,
or
should
I
say
the
"cherry"
on
top,
was
the
fact
that
I
had
requested
extra
sauces
in
my
bag,
and
guess
what?
Not
a
single
sauce
in
sight!
Are
you
trying
to
ruin
my
day,
McDonald's?
This
is
not
the
first
time
I've
had
issues
with
McDonald's,
but
it
is
certainly
the
last
straw.
Your
blatant
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction
is
appalling,
and
I
will
make
it
my
mission
to
spread
the
word
about
your
consistently
terrible
service.
You
have
lost
a
loyal
customer
today,
and
I
will
never,
ever
order
from
McDonald's
again.
I
demand
an
explanation
for
this
incompetence
and
a
refund
for
the
horrendous
excuse
for
a
meal
I
received.
If
I
could
give
zero
stars,
I
would.
McDonald's,
you
should
be
ashamed
of
yourselves
for
the
way
you
treat
your
customers.
