What a delightful place to start the morning! The cafe is absolutely adorable. The staff is energetic and friendly. The warm welcome we received left us beaming. The meals are made fresh, the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. You should definitely stop in for a quickly pasty & coffee to-go or stay a while for a heartier sit down meal.

Generous portions and tastes wonderful! Every plate I saw, mine and looking around at others', the food looks amazing and quantity is great. The quality definitely beats some other pricier places. Everyone probably knows this as the place quickly became filled at 8ish, only a while after its 8am opening time. I had an amazing smoked salmon crepe. And can't leave a comment without noting the chef's playfulness, enthusiasm, and sense of humor.

What more could you ask for than wholesome breakfast and cozy ambience in the heart of the city. Loved the omelette and wraps. Service is quick and plenty of options to choose from both sweet and savory. If you're confused between the many options available, you can surely choose this cafe to have a wonderful morning brunch.

We were here two days in a row because it was so great. Friendly staff, nice cozy atmosphere and great food. Highly recommend the scrambled egg with toast and salmon or the vegetarian breakfast. Big portions so it'll fill you up proper. I think it was around 25€ for the two breakfasts plus various coffees, worth every penny

I went there for lunch with a friend and we had a salad. I had the salmon salad and it was delicious. Coffee is very good, too. Quick service and staff welcoming and kind. I will come back soon.

Not a fan of Irish breakfast, just not my tastes. The french toast was good though. Don't recommend the coffee, didn't taste how a good coffee should. There's smoke inside the cafe, not good enough ventilation. The bathroom is dirty, no soap, no toilet paper, and they still place a sign with the timetable of cleanings, I don't wanna doubt anything, but in 30 minutes I don't think soap and toilet paper is supposed to finish or the fan for the bad smell being clogged by dust.

I didn’t like the food at all, but the coffee was great. They have a big menu, so I would be willing to go back and try something else. I do think they shouldn’t have charged me for the sandwich since I didn’t eat it. Also the people before me left some trash on the table and the servers never cleared it, it just sat there on the table the whole time I was there. I even moved it to the end of the table for them, but they still didn’t take it away, so there was trash on the table the whole time I was there. I would be willing to go back though.

We dropped in for a late lunch after being disappointed by the Milk Market and immediately liked the look of the menu. Lots of tasty and healthy options which came at a decent portion size. The staff were helpful and the cafe was busy; it's clearly popular!

We can say that the location of this place is in the heart of the city. A place with a really stylish atmosphere and affordable prices. In addition, the staff of this bussiness is friendly and sincere. As for the speed of service, of course, it is not above Irish standards, but as you all say, "no rush". In summary, it is a quality and worth trying place in the city. A place where you can invite your friends and family with peace of mind. Those who love simple and elegant should not avoid this place of its era. You can find the same environment every day of the year on sunny days or rainy weather.

A delightful place full of character and atmosphere - food (breakfast type dish) was quickly served and was plentiful. It tasted as good as it looked and was priced right. Just don't take the last table for two near the toilet - lot of traffic 😊. Recommended

Food amazing,,staff amazing and extremely friendly, staff create a brilliant atmosphere with their fun attitude and interactions with the customers, would like to go there on a Saturday morning but no matter how early I get there its always mobbed

The food is absolutely scrumptious. The service is amazing, the food comes quite fast, depending on how busy the place is. Although it's quite a small café, so when it's busy, it can be quite difficult to walk, as it's very crowded. But don't let that stop you, because the food is beyond delicious 😋

My daughter and I absolutely love the Story Café. Breakfast and lunch always excellent. Plus we are always made welcome. It's our favourite place to visit especially when we bring Dad in the wheelchair. Absolutely love this venue for Breakfast and Lunch 100 stars if possible

We went at lunch time, very busy but got a table for 2 without delay. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient, cleared and cleaned tables as soon as they became available. My wife had cheese and bacon crepe, I had a plain crepe with lemon and butter. The crepes are substantial and well cooked and presented. They also serve full breakfast and sandwiches etc. We will go there again.

Had breakfast here this morning with my husband and son. The vegetarian breakfast was fab the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The staff are super nice. Very friendly cafe. Loved it. Great atmosphere!

My son treated me to join him for food in Story Cafe. I enjoyed a delicious broccoli salad and fabulous coffee! The staff were friendly and welcoming and got the order spot on! My first visit there but definitely not my last. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best cafe in Limerick city, food is always fantastic and the service is even better, Rene the boss is the man! Nothing is ever an issue and he is always in a great mood, could not recommend the cafe more

I was just there this morning with my grandson. First time there the staff are so helpful and friendly the breakfast was great and reasonably priced. My grandson left none of his scrambled eggs said it was better than his mom's. I would highly recommend this cafe.

Firstly, staff were very friendly and efficient. Did not find the food to our liking. It was OK, but below what we would expect from a cafe and for what we paid for. We had ordered sandwiches and wraps. May have just caught them on a bad day.

Ordered 2 breakfasts in uber eats. Food was nice abit on the greasy side. Full irish came with tea but no beans even tho on the menu said it came with them. The Mega breakfast (€5 extra) said it came with tea and coffee I got neither. And once again I got no beans. When packed the butter was left loose and melted all over the containers and the bag.

Wow, they make you feel like family. Superb service from the owners and every single person working there. Favorite place for breakfast by far in Ireland. Good portions, great value and superb coffee. Favorite dishes: full Irish breakfast, French toast with bacon and syrup, and crepes with salmon, cream cheese and spinach.

Ran by such a lovely couple / family. They asked you feel so at home and welcome. Food is fantastic with speedy delivery. A lovely little treat.
