Outstanding hospitality from the staff! Friendly at every request and quick in service! The menu accommodates (almost) all diets (that I'm aware of). The dishes are diverse and presented elegantly and rustic where needed. The home-made baked goods are simply scrumptious! (Whatever you do, don't skip it!) First time here and the food and service is excellent. I got the beef sandwich which came with chips and salad. The salad in particular was really good and an image of it is in my photos. I will return again 😃

Rudest waitress I’ve ever encountered. It’s as if she doesn’t want to be here at all. I’ve never met someone so unpleasant, and noticed this on a number of occasions. Have started heading to chill the beans instead.

Nice food and a quint cafe in an old college. We enjoy going there and there is a lovely walk around the grounds .

While taking my daughter to Mungret playground it rained so we decided to go to the Milk Thistle cafe. We got chicken goujons and chips for my daughter and she loved them. I had the cheese and ham sandwich. But need to go back to try the pork belly or the beef sandwich. They have a lovely range of sweet treats to have with your coffee. My daughter loved the frozen ice cream stand with all the delicious choices. Highly recommend.

One of the best place in Limerick for breakfast and lunch. Its closed on Sunday. There is a nice park in front for kids and grown ups. Book in advance if coming with friends and family. Food has got great taste for food lovers.

The best Irish breakfast we had in Ireland the whole summer and the cheapest too! The location is odd but there is ample parking and it's cozy and nice inside.

Was looking for breakfast but too late so had the toastie and side portion of chips it was so filling real chunky bread baked ham and mild cheese finger licking good.

I ordered a full Irish takeaway for 10 people for breakfast on the morning of our daughters wedding day and it was just fabulous, cooked to perfection and generous portions Denis and his team are fantastic

Truly the best breakfast i’ve had in Limerick,quality is oustanding,very good price considering the quality,also an amazing pastry and cake selection,definitely worth it to meet with friends or family and then go for a nice walk! Lemon friands are out of this world

A huge breakfast menu with lots of variety. I had a mini breakfast, and it was excellent. Good clean flavours, obviously fresh produce, I will be back.

Food is always delicious. I've been there many times and never disappointed. I got the veggie breakfast bowl, amazing.

I like to leave positive honest ratings. However, I thought the sausage roll, while nice, was very short/small therefore expensive. Coffee was good though. The staff must have been under pressure...

Everything on the menu is top notch. From the soup to the salads. Main dishes,desserts with good coffee. Staff are friendly and service was quick. You couldn't ask for more.

We had beautiful homemade soup and brown bread, delicious served by very friendly staff. Back in my old school Mungret College great memories

Food was delicious. However, the payment system was dreadful. Maybe they were under staffed on our visit where we really didn't know where to pay. The queue waiting to order and people waiting to pay seemed to merge into one. Otherwise it was a lovely experience.
