have
always
been
into
working
out
&
fitness
,
I
recently
had
my
first
baby
and
with
the
excess
weight
I
decided
to
get
personal
training
to
kick
start
me
back
into
shape
.
I
knew
from
my
initial
first
meeting
with
Aaron
that
we
would
work
well
together
.
From
the
first
consultation,
we
discussed
what
my
goals
where
and
he
advised
what
realistic
goals
to
achieve.
My
concerns
where
that
he
would
expect
me
to
cut
carbs
/fats/
sugars
etc
,
however
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
when
he
sent
me
my
food
plan,
very
realistic
,
very
doable
and
not
hard
to
keep
to
.
Our
one
on
one
training
sessions
where
tough,
and
Aaron
pushes
you
to
your
limits,
and
encourages
you
along
the
way
.
After
my
sessions
with
Aaron
I
had
lost
just
over
half
a
stone
,
and
gained
the
knowledge
of
healthy
eating,
portion
sizes
etc
.
I
would
highly
recommend
Aaron
to
anyone
who
is
looking
to
achieve
certain
body
goals
and
change
an
unhealthy
lifestyle
.
Aaron
is
a
genius
in
his
field
and
is
always
professional
&
friendly
.
