If there is a such thing as boutique gym this is it. Plenty of machines that you would not find in other places to keep workouts more interesting, plenty of space as well as earliest openings times in Limerick/Clare area.

👍👍 Such a fantastic venue for aerial. Lots of floor space and moveable rigging points, and plentiful safety equipment available. The kitchen also has a good set up so you can prepare a good feed after training! It can be a bit chilly in winter, but once you're working it's not bad.
