Divine dining experience at The Carriage House bar - highly recommend.

Really nice experience. Booked lunch and the range for lunch was tempting. I would recommend the burger.The toilets and all of the other facilities were spotless. Staff were helpful, courteous and very friendly.

Adare Manor really set the tone from the minute we arrived at the security gate , grounds were impeccable and restaurant and bar are stunning !! Then the tone changed , we were a table of 4 , our appetizers arrived before our drinks , club sandwich arrived with bacon after ordering without , had to ask several times for more drinks , never got a steak knife , no ketchup for fries ,waitress changed shifts and never told us so we were left wondering who was taking care of us , really had to fend for ourselves , the check was dropped and we literally had to chase someone to pay , these might all seem like small complaints but to have so many on our visit was so disappointing , Adare Manor sets the standard but really dropped the ball this time

As always, the Carriage house at Adare Manor is a special experience. The service exceptional, thanks to our server Julie - the perfect balance of attentive and discreet. The food was delicious. A wide and varied menu and portion sizes are more than generous. A special place to make special memories.

Well staffed. Good service. The only wired thing was the mirrors within the bar area looked as if they were damaged. Loved the fresh flowers everywhere.

Odd as this may sound, but this was one of the nicest meals we ever experienced, not a Michelin but if you follow how many places we visit you’ll know how special this was. Whether it be the architecture, interior design, the service or the menu selection, the whole experience made a long weekend at Adare Manor even more special. We only came for a brief lunch but wished we had more time to come again. We would highly recommend everything about the Carriage House and cannot wait to return.

Great place to have a formal lunch or dinner. Food is really high quality and tastes amazing. Ambiance is fantastic. Staff are most professional and so welcoming.

Overall an amazing experience, we arrived early for lunch so we were able to have a drink in the bar before lunch. Then we were seated in the carriage house for lunch. The setting, service and food was next level. Would highly recommend as treat or just to spoil yourself.

And exceptional restaurant to accompany an exceptional hotel. There is a great atmosphere here with lovely decor. We ate here twice during our stay and would love to go back. Some small added touches add to the 5 star experience.

Recently, I went to the carriage house for Sunday lunch. We found the food itself was really good, although my wife did mention that her main, pasta, could've been a bit warmer, but no real biggie. What we were disappointed with was the service. We ordered drinks before the meal and had to remind the staff about them as they'd forgotten. Also, with my main, they forgot a side of Veg, and again, I had to remind them. By the time the Veg arrived, I was practically finished the main. After lunch, we went into the bar for another drink and found the area, table, and chairs and floor area around the tables quite dirty. Crumbs and food stuff. I was really looking forward to a top-notch experience as my wife had taken me as a treat for my birthday but was disappointed somewhat. The staff themselves were lovely, couldn't complain about their manner at all. They just lacked a bit of experience, I assume, and definitely could've done with a manager or supervisor for direction on how to maintain the area.

The chef uses a heavy hand with pepper, rendering the delicate seafood dishes overwhelmed and untasteable. I had the crab roll and the salmon, and could taste nothing but spice. There is no mention of this on the menu, so diner beware.

I go once a year JUST for that home made granola and Coffee. 5 Star Luxury all around. A Must Go I'd you visit near Limerick from overseas.

Stopped in for lunch today. The service from the minute you enter the driveway is exceptional and welcoming. You can tell the food is all homemade with quality ingredients and there is extra care and attention from all the wait staff. Great experience!

Incredible atmosphere and the service from the front gate to leaving was perfect! The food and drinks were flawless, and the waiting staff couldn’t have been better!

Overall an incredible experience. Service was impeccable. We had a reservation and arrived early, and they sat us in the lounge to enjoy cocktails while we waited. Ambiance was superb with wonderful decor. Food was incredible, the chicken sandwich was maybe the best I’ve ever had. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Expensive, but totally worth it. Highly, highly recommend.

Good service excellent, waitress and waiters impeccable and friendly. While sign on door said golf shoes not allowed yet Cooks hands covered in tatooes did not expect this in such high class establishment.

Wonderful breakfast with family..what a lovely christmas treat.. never been before..fabulous service and awesome christmas atmosphere..followed by a leisurely walk round Adare Manor grounds..then on to the historic Adare village. Anyone got spare tickets for the Rider Cup?? Caddy is my middle name!

Lacks any type of atmosphere, food was mediocre at best, certainly over priced. Although staff were very attentive and polite but wouldn’t recommend in general and wouldn’t be rushing back!

Went to celebrate a 30th birthday as a treat, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. Now I wasn't wowed by the menu. I know they had steak and it was delicious but honestly didn't see chicken or lamb as choices other than chicken burgers. I would go back but for a lunch rather than dinner.

Beautiful hotel set in gorgeous grounds. The Carriage restaurant is well worth a visit. Delicious food. Have a drink in Drawing Room or Tack Bar first... really lovely x
