BRILLIANT pet shop FINALLY a pet shop with brilliant small animal care, very helpful staff love the German hamster care standards they have.Wish they had sand but not a problem, Love the “buffet” where u can choose the amount of food you need for a great price

Staff are always very friendly and are knowledgeable on what would suit your pet. They have a great selection of products. Although they don't sell pets, owners are always welcome to bring in there pets, and it is lovely seeing them with their owners. My only complaint is that I always buy more than I went in for :)

I went into the store one day quiet upset as I had been told by my vet that my dog of 2yrs old had been diagnosed with panceritis. I was greeted by a very nice Lady by the name of Caroline.I explained my situation and straight away I knew she was a Lady that new her job.She advised me on the correct food and treats to aid my dogs recovery.He also needed to put up a lot of weight.Thats 4 wks ago and glad to say he is a new dog.Full of life and very happy in himself.I cannot thank Caroline enough for her patience and time given to me.I can't recommend this pet store enough and the wonderful lady that put me and my dog on the right road.

I called the day before and had the girls put some cans of puppy food on one side for me. They recognised me when I walked in the door and asked about the brand and helped me take my purchase to the car. All in all, it was a good experience. 👍🏼

Best pet store in Limerick. Staff are super friendly & very helpful. Great place to get large dog biscuit bones, great selection of all dog bones, bedding, BARF food, all dog food. Lots of other pet supplies & you can bring your pet along for a friendly chat😁 Long opening hour too.
