Do
not
buy
from
this
awful
company!
I
ordered
one
small
item
for
a
Vacumn
cleaner
and
the
wrong
item
arrived.
I
returned
it
as
requested
and
after
numerous
emails
and
phone
calls
over
weeks
they
failed
to
send
on
the
correct
part.
So
I
finally
asked
for
a
refund.
It
took
65
days
since
my
initial
order
to
receive
a
refund
and
I
still
never
got
the
part
I
wanted.
They
are
totally
inefficient
with
excuses
for
everything.
They
let
other
Irish
companies
down
with
their
terrible
service.
Don’t
go
near
them!

I
was
invited
to
edit
my
review.
I
will
not
be
changing
my
review.
I
did
not
mention
when
reviewing
that
although
I
did
get
a
refund
for
the
product,
you
refused
to
pay
for
postage
so
not
only
did
I
not
receive
the
product
but
I
am
out
money
as
well
but
I
thought
it
petty
to
include
it.
It
still
was
a
65
day
process
which
is
ridiculous.
You
are
now
inaccurately
criticising
my
reviews
and
coming
across
as
vindictive,
sarcastic
and
unprofessional.
It
seems
like
as
an
immature
way
to
run
a
business
and
to
try
and
get
repeat
business.
I
strongly
recommend
a
course
in
customer
relations.
