Fantastic staff here, they really have a great knowledge and are fantastic. Came here with my fiancée and our Caucasian shepherd cross and was greated by Maria and colleges who were brilliant and helped us with everything we needed. Juno love her new dragon toy as she has just come into heat Thanks again guys we will be back

We purchased some cat food online but did not have any stock - ended up ordering different type (fish instead of poultry) Our kitty could not keep the new down and popped past store to see if we would exchange. They exchanged with no hesitation and kitty been happy since. Highly recommend this store with huge options and friendly / helpful staff.

Great selection of products. The staff member Martin in Limerick, knows his stuff when it comes to fish. So if your in the mindset for starting a fish tank set up, be it goldfish or tropical. He will help you get it all up and running.

I love that petshop. There is a lot of choice of products for dogs and cats. Prices are OK compare other petshop. Service is great and animals are welcome. Free carpark.

Excellent range of fish plants /items and of course fish. Would definitely recommend this place if your in limerick and have a hobby of keeping fish. A little pricey but nothing out of the ordinary price wise for a pet shop.

We went in with our old springer to get her a coat. The staff were extremely helpful as she was a bit nervous. Great service and good prices. I usually order online from them and that too is efficient. Always arrives on time.

I wasn't very impressed with petstop. Although the staff were friendly to people and dogs that were in the shop when I went in, I was looking for a product but couldn't get any staff attention. I left and returned after 30 minutes. A very pleasant friendly staff member approached me to ask if they could help. I was looking for a treatment for ringworm for a cat. The staff member said I would need a worm treatment. I said no ringworm is a fungus. She started to look for a treatment with me but she then told me the treatment I was looking at was only for dogs. I read the label and it said suitable for cats and dogs. I just feel the staff need to be better trained or if they are unsure of products ask a senior member of staff. I don't think I will return again.

Great pet shop always get what we need and staff are all very helpful with any questions, didn't like how the manager spoke to a member of staff in front of me and that's the only reason for 3 star review.

Everytime I go to Petstop I always get excellent customer service. The staff have great product knowledge and you can tell they love animals by chatting with them. Linda is very good with grooming my dog Pippa and is a lovely woman.

Was there last monday 2/1/2023 and both of the girls, one working on the floor and the other on the till, could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend just on the staff alone.

Very helpful staff. Fish section in particular really impressive. Prices match pretty much anything you see elsewhere online. Also possibly Ireland's most polite woman on the till.

Gorgeous shop. Everything has its own section and they have everything you need. My mom and I just bought everything for our new puppy here and it was a great shopping experience.

Have visited store numerous times with our two dogs and have been lucky enough to deal with Charlotte each time. I cannot express how lovely she was. She played with the dogs, took time to try things on them and walk them around, gave them treats to make them comfy and they were smitten. Can't recommend enough

Amazing customer service. I was taken care of by Charlotte in the Limerick store and she was the most helpful, lovely person. She really took the time to explain everything to me and accommodate me. I saw her interact with other customers the very same way. Such a delight in these dark times. Great range of stock, I will definitely be a returning customer.

I was in the store earlier and was served by such a lovely and friendly girl Charlotte, that it completely transformed my day. She was so bubbly it really costs nothing to be nice and she is living proof of that. She helped me find the product I needed for my little fur baby and gave loads of helpful advice. Given that other stores lack customer service, her manager should be very proud.
