Best expresso house I have been in so far. I absolutely love the Golden Caramel Chocolate!

Wow, I understand there is a staff shortage but letting us wait (as first in line) for at least ten minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever is just not done. The girl at the counter looked like she was moving in slow motion. Just have some sense of urgency and you will have all my sympathy and I have no problem waiting. But this, this is not how you deal with customers.

The fact that we were left waiting 10+ minutes before anyone else said hello earns a 1 star rating. They were clearly young, but also seemed obvlivious to the fact that the queue was piling up for no good reason and kept taking their time to prepare drinks even though there were two of them. Even for students in the weekend, that is unacceptable. They should work as a team and at least acknowledge guests.

Iced muffin, hard inside Double stamp was not given, so I could not get free drink for my friend.

Only place that doesn't close at 20:00 in the city. Caramel latte & mocha latte are recommended. Customer service is good, but depends on waiters.

Come here if you have some extra time or are a Zen Budhism practiotioner. Kidding! Great staff, very skilled, in particularly a ginger hair barista girl! Man, you don't see that every day! Despite me coming up with all sorts of comments while waiting for my mocca, questions and simmilar annoying BS (I have even learned what is a japanese mocca with green tea!) , she was so concentrated on her job, handling 3,4 orders at the same time, and still having time for the most annoying customer. And a smile all the time! Btw coffee is just great! 😊

It was ok. Didn't like how my food tasted but that's just my taste. And the toilets were not the best you needed a code

Superbly nice coffee and cakes again, best places on sofas unfortunately occupied all the time by youngsters sipping free water...

Super cosy and relaxing place to sit with your friends and have a nice cup of coffee! ☕ And speaking about coffee, that's the real star of this place. They have an assortment of really tasty coffedrinks both hot and cold. Coffee is 5/5. But there really isn't any service so to speak. You have to go get your order at the counter just like any fast food place. And the food can be kinda hit or miss, It's a coin toss. Pastry is usually really good and together with the coffe it's to die for! (They have an App you can use to browse the menu and order, I do recommend using it! You can get it on the app store)

Great coffee shop and beautifully decorated. Service can be slow. Cakes are delicious.
