They provide the minimum need for a night's stay. The room was clean and toiletries and water were provided. They also serve Kapeng Barako in the mornings. Overall it was a nice stay. The bed mattress could use some updating though. There's a nearby 24 hours lomihan if you get hungry.

I go to this place just to nap. And yet they dont have short hours. The lady on the front desk is not client oriented. I travel from manila and lipa and going back so i need a place to rest, i check online and the review is good but in actual not okay.

Nice place to stay at night with reasonable price

we used their function hall for an event... my only comment is that there is only 1 stall each for men and women cr that is near our hall... the place is nice tho...and the function hall is fully equipped with ac...

Place is very near from SM Lipa. Parking is huge. Staffs were very nice also. Rooms are small and looks like dormitory type. Bathroom is tiny. I almost missed the shower which is located at the back of the bathroom door. Other guests can be noisy when some arrive past midnight. Love the unlimited kapeng barako in the morning.

It's a family friendly place that will not disappoint even the young ones. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy time with family n friends..

The location is so confusing when you Waze it, and the room is "okay na din" for it's price.

Had a great stay here for 2 weeks. When I go back to the Philippines I will stay here once again. It was cheap and clean. The staff was very nice. Hope that the same security guard will be there because he was always kind to my fiancé and I when we would get back late.
