Borders
from
good
to
so-so
to
mediocre.
β
Security
is
a
joke.
Anyone
can
actually
enter
without
being
asked
for
an
ID
and
even
without
a
sticker.
Also
try
texting
them
at
night
about
an
inconsiderately
loud
neighbor
and
expect
to
have
your
text
unanswered.
Try
calling
them
and
it's
almost
always
out
of
reach.
β
Homeowners'
association
is
comparable
to
the
Philippine
law
system.
You
have
the
rules
all
set
in
paper
but
most
are
not
even
well
implemented
(eg,
karaoke
till
10PM,
no
dogs
allowed
especially
loud
and
noisy
ones,
no
dogs
roaming
around
without
an
owner,
etc
etc
etc).
β
The
P300
monthly
house
dues
is
also
like
the
Philippine
taxation.
You
don't
see
or
feel
where
it's
going
lol.
They
say
it's
for
the
street
lights
maintenance,
gardeners,
security
and
garbage
collection
but
for
the
2
latter
items,
we
really
can't
feel
our
money's
worth.
β
Weekly
garbage
collection
is
not
done
by
a
private
company
but
by
the
barangay
level
so
expect
a
far
from
stellar
job.
But
thanks
to
Sir
Mon
David
of
the
brgy
council
as
he
heard
the
neighbors'
complaints
and
went
hands
on
with
the
garbage
collectors.
β
Expect
a
once
a
month
or
every
other
month
power
interruption.
Thanks
to
PELCO
we
had
to
shell
out
money
for
a
generator.
β
Streets
not
in
the
main
road
are
two-lane
but
are
NARROW.
Then
if
you're
lucky,
you
have
neighbors
who
made
the
narrow
street
their
parking
lot
hahaha.
Anyway,
in
that
case,
just
remember
you're
in
the
Philippines
where
most
people
want
change
but
can't
even
change
and
discipline
their
selves.
It
is
what
is
lol.
β
Streets
outside
the
subdivision
are
also
quite
narrow
and
given
all
the
developments
going
on
around
the
area
plus
the
big
trucks
regularly
plying
the
streets,
expect
traffic
and
lot
and
lots
of
dust.
