I understand it's online but there should have sufficient means to accommodate inquries. There was only one number to call and it did not help. No ready personnel on site No guard at the entrance when we arrived at 2am.

Large and clean room. I just thought there's a refrigerator available inside like in the photo. But all in all the stay is good.

Good sleeps, amenities were as promised,. Was converted into hotel rooms from condos. As long as your not picky there's exceptional value here

there's no nearby convenient store, far from National highways and no other stablishment in the area. make sure you have all your needs before you go in the place. much recommended if you have a service ride 🙂

Traveler ka, you need a place to crash, this is the place, not bad for its rates, specially if you need to be in Lipa, good sya sa travelers na may wheels, staff is very good ... now kung feeling mo rich kid ka, this is not the place para sa iyo ... SAAN AABOT ANG 1K MO

I cannot recommend this place. It seemed to be some kind of a barracks before. The interiors are very spartan, everything is budget. Outside the hotel is a half completed commercial area that is a real eyesore. The room is very big but the layout is so strange. There is only one sink and it is a kitchen sink. There was no seat cover on the toilet bowl. Extremely charmless. The only good things about this place are the big rooms and the low price. Avoid unless you have a really tight budget

Creepy place the room was nice and good but the ambiance of the place is not good my partner sense something bad at that place she always tells me that place is creepy and like there has elemento i think we saw a ghost too

Stay away from this place. Unless you want to celebrate Halloween here. 👻

Manage your expectations. Place to rest up and go. No hot shower. Buy your needs before coming.

Pragmatic place to stay for rest and sleep only. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Room amenities are so so. Just at par with what you paid for.

Low quality air-condition.. sad but true .. its my second try yesterday.. no other hotel in there that area.
