I had the best experience here! Nayna did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. She was so warm and welcoming. Nayna listened and worked with me on a shape for my eyebrows and they turned out perfectly. I recommend her for eyebrow threading and will be back in 2 weeks.

I’m really upset with this place. I went there a couple days before my friends huge party. The day after I had marks all over my face. Bruises everywhere. I always get my face waxed, and this never happens to me. I went back the next day to show the lady and she helped a bit , but I still was so upset that I had to look the way that I did because of the bruises on my face. I’d recommend going somewhere else. I was in pain, and even a couple days after, the bruises are still not gone and I’m still in pain 😔

As pleasant a Brazilian as a Brazilian can be. Clean facilities. Friendly service. Fair pricing. I’ve never had to wait and it’s a tailored service, not the EWC 8 strips and done. My first visit and second visit were both fabulous and I already scheduled my third.

I got my eyebrows and individual lashes done recently . I have been going to this shop since I moved to the area. The proprietor is very good and you are in and out in no time. Her threading and waxing is the best I’ve had in a few years. I highly recommend trying her out.

Found this place when I moved on this side of town. I was super nervous at my first visit but the owner made me feel very comfortable! Ever since my first visit, I keep going back! They do a great job. The owner is very welcoming & nice & always does an awesome job on my eyebrows! She only cleans them up & has never made my eyebrows too thin! Also, my brows last 3 months, way longer than any other place I’ve been too! Try them out, you won’t regret it :)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have been coming here approximately every 3wks for the past 2yrs and I've never had a bad experience until today. The lady seemed hurried and rushed throughout the threading process. So much so that the thread broke not once but twice. While threading, I could feel her fingers pressing into my eyes and she her nails grazed my face the 2nd time the string broke to the point where I thought she had scratched my face. At that point I had to ask her if she was rushing to finish. Of course she said she wasn't rushing and her movements slowed down a bit but I couldn't help but notice that she didn't give me the same time, care and attention she'd given the customer before me who'd gotten the same service I did. She didn't take the time to shape my eyebrows and now they are barely arched. I've had great experiences here before and I know what my eyebrows are supposed to look like in the end. I am very disappointed with the end result and service.

i went a week ago and i’m still in love with my brows. i really enjoyed my experience, Nayna was so gentle, sweet and told me each step before she did anything. she is the first person to ever thread my brows and they came out so clean and perfect. she’s quick and it hardly hurts, come here quick!!!!

They don’t usually do Henna, but Nena did henna on my daughter and I for Eid. She took her time and did a beautiful job, giving us exactly what we wanted. She took her time and it was beautifully done. She also did my eyebrow, chin, and lip threading, and she was fast and efficient. I was very pleased with my threading as well, and I enjoyed her kind and welcoming spirit. I will definitely be returning for service again here!

This place is awesome!! The owner is extremely nice & helpful!! I was able to just walk-in which was very convenient for me. They use a special wax that isn't hard & it was super smooth & didn't hurt at all when she removed it! The wax even smells like espresso!!! She put baby oil on my arms after she was done waxing to get rid of that sticky feeling. I highly recommend this place!!

Threading hurts but when you have someone with a soft touch it doesn’t hurt as much. This was my first visit to The Wax Spa and I will be back. Nina did a great job on my brows, cleaned them up and shaped them nicely. She also did my chin and lip. Was very attentive to my needs and noticed when needed a breathing break. (I tend to hold my breath). My face looks great! Thank you!

Nayna is so good and calm! Excellent waxing skills! Great with Brazilian! Better than Hotwax and any other salon I have been too!
