I
used
to
frequent
this
location
almost
daily
a
few
years
ago,
and
I
had
no
issues
there.
Pleasant
service
and
a
welcoming
place
to
enjoy
food
and
coffee
with
friends.
On
my
most
recent
visit,
I
discovered
that
all
had
changed.
Lousy
customer
service.
Unorganized
and
rude.
It
lacks
any
sort
of
atmosphere
now.
I
wanted
an
iced
coffee
without
ice,
and
they
told
me
they
charge
extra
for
no
ice.
I
get
iceless
iced
coffee
from
Dunkin
Donuts
all
the
time
at
various
locations
in
the
city,
county,
and
state.
Not
once
have
I
been
asked
to
pay
extra
for
not
having
ice
in
my
beverage.
I
doubt
that
the
amount
of
coffee
replacing
the
ice
is
enough
for
them
to
notice.
It
shows
that
you
are
paying
for
a
cup
of
ice
with
coffee
in
it—cheapskate
rip-off
tactics.
They
want
you
to
get
your
coffee
and
donuts
and
get
the
heck
out
is
the
feeling
this
visit
left
me
with.
I
don't
plan
to
visit
that
location
again.

favor
and
visit

different

The
Taylor
Avenue
store
isn't
that
far
away.
