This place is really cute inside and the staff were very nice and helpful. We asked them questions about the menu and they were able to answer back very well. They have a lot of items on their menu. They have milk teas,fruit teas, shaved ice and more. They have a good selection of sweets as well that range from $3-6. If you are familiar with Tous Les Jours around ellicott city than I feel like this place would be a good comparison to that. So if you live around here this place is a good second to that. The drinks are also a decent size and they are about $4 if I remember right. I didnt expect there to be fruit in it but there was which was a nice suprise!

Best bubble tea shop I've been to in Baltimore! We picked up drinks and desserts for a belated Mother's Day, and there was something for the whole family. Superb classic bubble tea and red bean drinks. The quality of tea is what sets it apart from the other places. 25% sugar was perfect for those of us who don't like sweet drinks. 🧋The cake and cream are very light. 🍰 What a hidden gem in modest, little strip mall. Looking forward to come with friends after the pandemic! Pros: delicious drinks, fun desserts Cons: parking gets full during busy hours

In terms of decorating their desserts, Snow Cloud's execution is masterful, and I would give it a 5 starts out of 5 in that regard. However, I've been here 2-3 times now, and almost every single time I've been disappointed with the flavor falling a bit flat. I have to knock two stars off for that. For example, I'm a big fan of mango or taro flavored things, but there was hardly any flavor. I applaud that they're trying to do something different with taro cake, mango mousse, custard shaped bunnies, and caramel tres leches cake. However, the only dessert I tried that I actually liked was the caramel tres leches cake. To be fair, I haven't tried their boba or other interesting drinks. Those could be good for all I know. I will give them kudos that the shop is taking COVID safety precautions seriously from what I can tell: there's a giant shield wall, and all the employers I could see were wearing masks correctly.

Let me tell you this palace is definitely one to beat in the Baltimore County area for boba! The menu is definitely different but has some of the basics. For example my daughter got the coconut blended boba drink and I tried the fairy. We both loved ours. The price is slightly higher than some but it's worth it since the drinks are crafted delicately!

I went here because I was going to the mall and wanted boba but the one there only has ones with tea IT IS NOW MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO. The drink was the best I've ever had at a boba shop (Night Sky). I also got two rice balls but forgot them at bfs house so will make him bring them up to me (new ones) when he visits ~_~ Their sweets look divine and I plan to get shaved ice and cakes next time I go ^-^

I ordered an Oreo milkshake and it doesn’t taste like Oreo at all. And my friend ordered a Strawberry drink and he said that it doesn’t taste like strawberry at all. They do taste good, but it just doesn’t taste like the flavors they are supposed to be. I mean not even by a fraction.

Nice little shop. Absolutely my favorite one. It has a great environment, best little spot to stop after school. I have tried almost the entire menu and have only found 1 or 2 that I DON'T like. The menu is amazing and inspires to try new things. Not enough people know about this spot. Give it a shot!

Stopped by this place while on a trip back to Md. Figured I would try something different from the typical franchises I could also get in Boston. While l enjoy classic milk tea boba, I'm always thrilled when I find a place that makes red bean or coconut shakes with real ice cream. The boba was good quality too!

Literally so good definitely coming back for more, I love that all the tables also have games great hangout spot too!!

Very nice place with parking and great staff. I've never had boba before and didn't know what to get and got the jasmine milk tea. While I don't know that jasmine was the best personal choice I'll definitely be going back to try other things I'll probably like better flavor wise, as it was a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend. *Also, the drink wasn't overly sweet which was nice Update: I went back and got taro with almond milk and it is my new favorite thing

I’ve been to snow cloud many times and I’ve never had a bad drink from them!! Their staff is nice and their desserts are tasty too!! If you want a boba place to go to I definitely recommend going here!

Best bubble tea ever. Their bubbles is less sweet and really good texture and they adjust the sugar to my liking. The customer service for a small place like this is amazing. The cakes are light and very delicious with personal touch.

I got a taro boba from here and boba was so good! It was the best boba I ever had. It was so soft that I didn’t really need to chew on.
