Trish, Quite sad to notice horrible response from you. Instead of apologizing for below average service you hang up my call. Twice you lost water samples knowing that I was concerned about algae growth. On Monday you were supposed to replace dysfunctional Polaris pump and clean or treat algae. Instead your guy did nothing about algae nor remember to replace pump. Simply clean few leaves in the depth of pool. Today instead of replacing your guys brought another defective pump and left it connected. Now who will pay to take that dysfunctional pump’s disposal? Loosing two water samples in a row and no remorse !! No cleaning of algae !!Is that kind of service you provide to all customers ? Totally unacceptable and deplorable. I am cancelling my service with you and expect full refund for doing nothing. Nadeem Rizvi.

very poor customer service and experience. they didn't tell us when they were going to show up, and they showed up when we were away/out of town, and used up our three visits without fully completing the service that we paid a premium for, because all the 'visits were used up'. we explained multiple times that we're new to having a pool and needed someone when we were present to walk us through things, show us how to turn on the water, etc. and they never did and never gave us the chance to correcct the issues in between because we weren't around to get instruction nor did they send us any notes after their visits. I spoke mostly to Trish who was consistently pretty rude and short and patronizing, even though we explained we were new to all of this. the retail store staff and technicians themselves are significantly nicer and understand how to help customers. next season and for winterization, we'll go with someone else.

Amazing company. The staff that I dealt with; Karen, Matthew, and Sean provided outstanding customer service, and were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a algae issue, but was treating it incorrectly. Matthew told me what to do and the problem has been almost completely resolved I just a few hours. This is definitely my new pool company!!!

Had a problem with a booster pump and was given the run a round by the manufacturer in reference to warranty. Though we were out of buddy's service area they readily agreed to service the pump repairing same. If we lived closer they would definitely be our store. Thanks Jeanne Bowers

From the in person service to the office staff. My experience with buddy's pool service has been outstanding. Phil, Rob and George were dead on it with their analysis of my pools filtration system. The solution was timely and economical. Would absolutely recommend if they service your area!!

Buddy’s did a great job on opening my pool and discovered a leak in the multiport valve. Their service crew quickly replaced the valve within a few days and the pool is operating great. I highly recommend Buddy’s for pool service and chemicals

After years of debating, and speaking to many different builders, we chose Buddy's Pools. We are currently in the process of building our first in ground pool. We have not been disappointed with our choice. Buddy Sr. has built pools in Baltimore area for many years and you can tell he enjoys his work. No punches are pulled, no hidden costs. The employees working at our home have been respectful, reliable and resilient as we have changed our minds a few times in this process. We have a few weeks to go before completion, and we are extremely confident we will continue to be impressed.

Buddy's has been doing our pool maintenance for the last 3-4 years. We have gone through several pool companies and they would be good in the beginning and then service would deteriorate. Buddy's has been consistent, if not improved! We needed some tile work done - they came out and did it very inexpensively - I was shocked! I had gotten other quotes where they were trying to talk us into retiling the whole pool! Buddy's did what I asked and saved us a lot of money. This year they replaced our pump. They took care of all the details - even handled the warranty registration. I'm a true Buddy's Pool fan now.
