Terrible food, low quality, almost no seasoning on seasoned fries. Tiny portion of bulgogi for $4 as a side. Chicken was barely sauced frozen chicken strips like you’d get at a grocery store. Nice counter girl, clean restaurant. Will never return.

Im disappointed with my order from bonchon yesterday, I ordered bulgogi and the RICE is half cooked and the meat is too little.. 👎

Bulgogi was so bad. It looked like dog food. The taste was really bad. The meat was green. The “vegetables” were some overcooked pepper and soggy mushrooms. Threw it away. For $14 I would expect edible food.

Got some wings katsu and pork buns. Wing were good, katsu was bland and helped along with the sauces on the chicken. But the pork buns were a whole flop. They are advertised as juicy pieces of pork belly but I got over cooked cold dried out bacon with an overload of coleslaw to make up for the dry slivers of jerky I was served. For 15.95 I do NOT recommend.

Man, this franchise used to be my jam and now it's just always a disappointment. The chicken wings are like half the size they uses to be and flavorless. I always get the spicy and this time they almost tasted plain. Is the sauce rare and expensive now?? Or are the employees indifferent? It's a shame because that flavor is something I crave and have never found anywhere else. I gave two stars because the wings were at least very crispy.

I got an 8 piece tender and they only gave me 5. I called back and they said they would give me a refund yet I see nothing on my account. Triple check your food because the restaurant doesn’t care to even check once. Update: I was contacted by the manager and given a free meal. I do appreciate them making sure that customers are having good experiences and fixing issues.

Food is great! Getting it out is just very slow and the workers don’t look like they really care when customers foods come out. The definition of taking there sweet time.

Ordered takeout today; not sure why reviews are low. Chicken was crunchy, and sauces were great, though a bit more would be perfect. I'll request extra sauce next time.
