Today I had an appointment that I needed to get to so I called Jai Medical Center on York Rd a they were able to take care of what I needed excellent service!!!! Thank you Ms. V and Jai Medical Team!!!!!!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now, and love it! It is a bit of a commute from my house, but I am always met with a smile, great bed side manner, and a very patient Nicole Wilson, CRNP, my primary care provider. The entire staff is always helpful, cheery, and I leave here always with a smile, and peace of mind! Nurse Wilson is always very kind, positive, concerned when needed and patient in getting me where I need to be medically. I look forward to her care every time I come. Thank you all for taking such great care of me. <3

I never had a bad experience here. They young ladies after money to me and hubby. We have the best Dr, Dr Olay. She's kind, caring and helpful. Then there is the x ray nurse. She is kind as well. Very funny, makes you comfortable.

All the staff in this hospital are very friendly. My mother and I are not very good at English, but every time we go here, their staff are patient and help us, especially the manager. It's great! Thank you for your help.

Never any sanitizer in jars definitely not what my daughter is accustomed to but the people there seems to be caring. Not much conversation upon your arrival but that’s the usual response these days, sign the clipboard and keep moving attitude. Never seen a doctor just a physician assistant. She is knowledgeable but no follow up information on visit. You definitely have to be the assertive one and ask questions. Also, be careful of the step down when leaving the office. I totally forgot and fell. I got a few bruises but nothing broken and of course no one to help me up. I did call back to inform and asked if they would put up a sign warning patients of the step down but noticed at next visit nothing was posted.

I had a great experience here at Jai Medical, they are very professional and proficient. The lady that assisted me was Bobbie, she is very well experienced and knowledgeable. All in all great facility, i would recommend to everyone.
