This store is filthy. The floor of the front entrance was dirty and look like it was not cleaned all day. I went in to use the bathroom and was shocked at its condition. It was filthy and trashed. The trash can was overflowing and there was trash on the floor. The toilet holder was broken, and the roll of toilet paper was on the floor. There was soap and water but no paper or any other means of drying hands. A wet wad of paper was on the top of the faucet. This bathroom was disgusting. I will not recommend going to this Marshalls unless there is a change. There should be a significant change especially in the bathroom.

I called around to 6 different locations looking for a particular yoga mat. Every store except this one was very helpful and nice. I was connected to the womens department and the woman rudely proceeded to tell me she can't check because she has to unpack boxes for Mother's Day so she has no idea what kind of yoga mats they have. I explained that this is why I'm calling because I had already driven to 3 different locations and called 6. The woman said I can come to the store tomorrow. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Dont work in customer service if your not going to give customer service...

I was having such a rough day and walked in without my mask and turned around to leave after The manager, Mr. Gary C was so kind and told me he has plenty. I was not dressed in the best attire but my son and I were treated so kindly and with so much respect. As we looked for shoes, an associate greeted us and made sure we smiled. Everyone was so pleasant. This is by far my favorite Marshalls now and I am willing to take the drive. Even at the register, our associate ensured I was comfortable with purchasing every item. Mr. Gary is doing an awesome job here. I can tell everyone is well trained and know to treat people right, no matter what they look like or where they come from. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The customer service in this place! As the customers are slowly growing and the 2 clerks are handling the same two customers for 15 min, as customer ask, politely, is there anyone else that can help?" Instead of a proper customer service response, ms. Pamela C decides to reply with an attitude. Then proceeds to complain about how she hasnt even stocked clothes in the women's aisle? But these things are in your job description. Idk how the customer was in the wrong for asking. Weve literally been in line for 15 min while you converse and giggle with another customer. They may need help but they definitely need helo in the customer service dept.

Staff on site was polite, cashier got me out quickly which is a plus

Prices are ok they use to be cheaper cloths aren't all that but the rest of the stuff is good prices

I love is here, so clean and organized. The manager allowed me to use the dressing room while they were still under renovations. The staff is so friendly and pleasant. I love coming here.

This Marshalls store has lots of stuff, and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is excellent, and although the location is good, the environment is too crowded, and one needs to be security conscious. The store is neat and they have lots of parking spaces. You can buy dresses, shoes, bags, trousers, mini electronics, household and bedding items their.

I went on Christmas Eve and found that the store was fully stocked, very neat and very clean and organized . The associates were placing more merchandise out and people were buying as fast as they could put it out.. The associates were very helpful . Checkout was phenomenal. I was in Line 5 minutes there were 4 ahead of me and 6 behind me in and out.

Marshalls has good clearance deals on clothing and items. Their ladies handbags are nice and plentiful. Their shoes and a lot of store items are cheaper than other retail stores.

Marshalls is a great place to shop. Just make sure you buy that desired find because it will not be there when you go back to get it. Their items seem to be random in when they arive or when they are available. We have had a few times where we wish we had bought something we were thinking we wanted and then went back to get it only to find that the item was not available at the Marshalls we went to or even any Marshalls we tried after that one.

I really like this Marshall's location however the space is limited this store is very compacted and i usually see the items very badly picked through but the employees are very nice so I guess thats why I choose to return 😀

Quick service but when I got home I discovered I of my items is the wrong size so I'm going back to exchange them. They are P J'S. They were in the large section but the inside Label Says SMALL! 🏷😕

Not the Marshalls that use to have a great reputation. More like an upgrade thrift shots. What you did not buy in 05 is probably still there dry rotted and ready to sell.

This store is my wife's go-to place. She enjoys the bargains and I enjoy the fact that we save on a lot of brand named products.

Usually, I can find whatever I am looking for at this location. Some days are better than others. I didn't visit for anything in particular, but I found a few things I can find use for. Prices are usually pretty good, and the lines weren't bad at all. The young lady at the register was pleasant, and we shared some semuliar experiences with the deodorants I brought. I will always go back to shop. I recommend you check them out. This is the Liberty Rd location.

This Marshall's has demonstrated some improvements since my last review a couple of years ago. It's more organized and neater. I still wish that their selection of women's clothing was better. I've been to other stores and TJMAXX and it seems like their selections were better. I yearn for the days when one could buy real quality clothing at those stores but not so much nowadays.
