The employee had no courage, and to top it all off I ordered a tuya bread, too much ketchup and not enough prickly pear, I would definitely not go again at night, the employees were badly behaved and had no desire to do their job. look for people who do want to work

My order was called in, when I came to the food window I gave the name that I was picking up for who’s name is Arthur. He said wait a minute. So I waited and waited while he helped other people that came up after I was there. After 10 minutes he handed me the bag that had been prepared before I had even gotten there. If you have racial problems, you better stop it now. Because I was evidently white he helped all the black customers then me. He knew the order was finished but he thought it was funny making me wait. I don’t go for racial discrimination but your employee’s obviously do.

Running all week but not today! If you don't feel like working call out! But- if you show up don't spray your stankatude on me when I'm smelling like joy... and that's for you Tabitha Wawa]. It's not nice. Fortunately Terri alongside her coworker makes a mean tuna club with extra pickles. She spoke individually to each customer to thank them for waiting patiently. Her customer service was amazing and she's the reason I'm sipping free coffee. They didn't really owe me for my time today but I love coffee so I took her up on the offer. The #DarkRoast is great with a top off of #FrenchVanilla (definitely) #Cappuccino (I think that's what's next to the #hotchocolate). Watched this place get built from the ground up a few years ago. Service is always friendly and fast. Pretty decent made to order food available from a nice and clean looking kitchen. I like this location because they have plenty of parking on all sides of the building, including one side where you could pull a big truck, RV or trailer alongside the curb. Plenty of easy access gas pumps with competitive prices too. Store always appears neat and orderly and well stocked.

I came here mainly for gas, and there is no rhyme or reason this this gas station. I have been twice snd each time (during a nonbusy time) it is chaotic!!! Its a free for all to get to the gas pumps. They should have put the building further back and added another layer of gas pumps. People drive through here like maniacs as well. Of course could be the culture of the area, but its madness!

Great place. Clean bathrooms, well stocked shelves. The drink station was clean. Ordering and paying and collecting food was a little tricky with a Friday night crowd, but my food was made correctly the first time and was delicious.

One of the best wawa's I've been in. It has a large food service area, and food is prepared fast. Like using wawa points with 1000 points you can get 30 cents off gallon of gas, points also good for food and coffee.

Love most Wawa's. But we pay a premium for their gas; please keep your windshield washers full and replace your squeegees when they are falling apart.

Worst customer service ever! Only helpful person was the cashier! Ordered a simple salad nothing complicated. Wait 20 minutes and watch as everyone who ordered after me get their pizzas, quesadillas, burgers etc. when I finally ask what the hold up is on a salad I get told “well the person on salads is on break, its probably going to be another 5-10 minutes”. At this point I just tell them to cancel the order and I will take a refund. I walk to the front counter and while the cashier and manager are processing the refund they call out my order number and the manager says “well its ready now if you just want it” trying to say he did not want to give a refund. Thats not the point the point is it took 20+ minutes for a simple salad and when I ask for an explanation I get and excuse! Completely unacceptable!!!!!!!

Love this place! I never have any issues with my order at this location. It is always fresh and delicious. As many have said already, the coffee here is amazing. Big shout out to the workers here, they are keeping the place amazing!👏👏

My complaints are only for 08/14/2023 9:05pm.....where you order food at. The young men that were back there was very unprofessional cussing at each other across the room, my food was wrong and I really didn't appreciate the service at all for the first time ever..and the coffee was old too.. IJS

I could give this store a better review if they were not constantly out of stock on certain items. A lot of times I come to this store and they are out of the one item I stopped in for.

Just drove from Pikesville to Cockeysville for a sandwich and smoothie. Sandwich horrible order# 164. Asked for mayo and miracle whip the sandwich dry with nothing right. No pepper oregano 😞oh nobody answer phone either.

Not only did I get a great special ordered sandwixh, but the guy who took the order brought it out to me while I was pumping my gas. So friendly amd thoughtful. It made my day!!

Joshua was super polite and had a great attitude. Made my drink super fast even with all the people ahead of me. Give that man a raise!

I would of loved to give a better rating but at night you're better off going anywhere else if you're paying cash they usually don't have a cashier working and rely on the self checkout I suppose this has happened to me a few times now. No big deal. Otherwise they're great during the day time and usually are pretty clean and stocked. Just understaffed at night.

Drink the coffee. Eat the sandwiches under the heat lamp. Get a pretzel for the road.

Love wawa but sub rolls never seem fresh at this store which ruins sub. Stopped getting food from here.

Night shift staff just sucks in there horrible customer service. Then this morning no eggs. Heard employees scartting looking for things they didn't have to make orders. Been to lot of Wawa around this one is the worse

I absolutely love this location. The workers are always so kind and sweet. The store is always well stocked, and the food is made to perfection.

It's a toss-up if the food I order is ever fully correct. Usually this is in the morning, and it always happens with ingredients I've unfortunately paid extra for. I got a breakfast panini and they forgot the eggs. How does that even happen?

Stopped in at 4:30 today and wanted a sizzili, didn’t see any, so I ordered a bagel with egg and stuff…..it took 25 minutes to come out after the workers behind the counter finished up making a ton of food for other employees. And then by the time I got my bagel, they had put more sizzilis out by then so, super frustrating when you’re trying to be quick on the road…..it should not take 25 minutes to make a bagel egg and cheese.

Ms.Kerri was AWESOME! My order was wrong through doordash not only once; but twice. When we came to the store; she perfected my sub and made it incredible! And also went out of her way to make sure my Mac n cheese was fresh!! Sweetest woman. I hope you take this review into great consideration 💓

So I usually go to the Wawa on Plaske Highway out golden ring area, and I always get the chicken clam chowder soup, which is delicious and creamy, but I went to the Wawa out here in cockeysville and got the same soup and it was so watered down wasn’t nothing creamy about it. It was thin you could tell it was the same soup but definitely missing a lot of taste. Very disappointed they could’ve just made a new batch not add water to it to stretch it ruins the soup.

Past 2 weekends we’ve been at the fair grounds and I’ve ordered a chicken salad sub and from all the wawas I’ve been to - hands down best chicken salad I’ve had whoever’s making the sandwiches kudos to you friend
