The reason I like to go to this particular Dunkin donuts on primrose and reistertown rd is because of the custodian worker. This man does a perfect job. If you go to a food establishment and the bathroom is perfect the entire restaurant is the same as well. Everything else is good also

Honestly worst experience ever. Two ladies over talked on the mic, had extreme attitude and were not friendly what do ever. Called us names and were disgusting. Never again coming here.

Drive thru rep. He was dry n felt like I as being rushed I asked for the snackin bacon instead got pepper bacon looks like dog bacon. Wasn’t even cooked my hash brown was burnt and my doughnut as hard as a rock the only thing that’s satisfying is this caramel iced latte.

I like there food in the morning a sausage wrap is cheap and the breakfast taco 🌮 is good not very pricey I like to stretch my money

My daughter wanted a Carmel coffee with extra carmel, cream and sugar. She also wanted, a turkey sausage sandwich on an English muffin. The service was fast and the associates were friendly, patient, and polite.

Lady with the heavy accent was a bit rude. I don't frequent DD so. I had to ask a few questions. After fixing my drinks I ask for my donut. This lady told me to go back to the register to get it. Her look and tone were off putting. I have NO desire to patronize that location anytime soon.

Donuts have almost always felt hard &/or tasted stale. (even in the early am when they're just opening!) Some of the employees have been just plain rude & unprofessional. People with online orders were complaining because they came in to pick it up & were waiting forever to pick it up. People walking in were being served before them. Both of the times I bought an ice cream come here, they were never packed inside the cone, just one scoop loosely placed on top of the cone. The second time I got a cone from here, the ice cream fell straight off the cone onto the ground when I licked it. I was so P'd off & I haven't went back to this one since. (& never will)

I've been to location many times, very efficient friendly service, they get you in and out smoothly.

This is my go-to spot for a milkshake. They are always pretty quick with their service, and milkshake is always on point.

It's all I n order fast and tasty and very pleasant

Customer service was good, the only draw back were the limit on donuts after 3pm for a location that is to stay open 24 hours

This Dunkin donuts and Baskin-Robbins should never go out of business I've never spent $19 on two brownie sundaes in my life. We each had one scoop of ice cream on the 🍧 it came to $19 😱

I am very disappointed in the service I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side… when I received my food the bagel was burnt and there was regular cream cheese slapped onto the bagel it wasn’t edible they cream cheese didn’t even taste good shame on whoever made it you really hurt me.

They had all my favorite flavors for once

8/28/22 Today I paid $5.08 for medium cold brew with butter pecan, almond milk and cold foam. I order the same thing everyday (was at the same location yesterday) and I’ve never paid this much! Last time coming here. I’m sure they haven’t raised the price $1.50 overnight! Doesn’t seem legal…

Egg & bacon wraps were cold. Egg & bacon raisin bagel was cold. Watered down sweet tea Asked for salt, but had to go back and get it. I asked 3 times before even getting our order and received a ton of pepper.

Surprised, stop in just for coffee, I ordered a sandwich Sweet Bacon and it real bacon 😉 just up the street they serve only vaggie bacon. I even order mine with no egg and it still delicious. What surprised me the most that this is the best sandwich in the area Boom!!!! Now I want to try the other one 😆😆

Dunkin donuts is over priced for two Bagels with cream cheese and beacon. Price 18.00 also the bagel was over cooked and they still putted the bagels in my bag along with the black burnt beacon smh. I had to make a u turned in the car to go back to Dunkin donuts and go inside and wait for 20 minutes. Still smh because not one person working there apologize

Food is usually good, sometimes is no Splenda in my drink so I get extra. Other than that everything is great

Drive thru service was quick and courteous. Food was good as expected. Parking lot was clean and we'll lighted. Handicap accessible parking was available. I will return for service and food, again.

Service could be a bit better. Not bad enough to complain, however I wasn't impressed by it either. This is a very busy location but the lines move quickly.

I stopped coming here a Lil over a year ago and today reminded me why I don't support this location. Indian looking mid age lady very rude, nasty, and argumentive. They messed up my order and wanted to rush me out the line. Waving away like a was a fly or something. Never coming back this place. Sandwich wasn't even all that .
