This is a great place to get work done or just hang out. There is plentiful of indoor and outdoor seating (but currently unable to sit due to COVID-19 restrictions). The lighting is amazing especially on a beautiful sunny day. The baristas are great and very friendly. I ordered a Pike roast mid-afternoon and they promptly made a fresh new batch. I can’t wait for COVID restrictions to ease so I can spend time here. It’s in the middle of the Johns Hopkins campus.

Overall, the ambiance of the store is great. The drinks and service are both good, and the restroom is clean. The location is also good and it attracts many customers. However, I was quite taken aback by the sight of several fruit flies inside the bakery product display case. In fact, it’s not the first time I’ve seen this; I’ve noticed it a few times, so personally, I only order drinks.

Nice addition to the neighborhood and new development. Nice staff. Nice to have a Starbucks even closer and in walking distance. Plenty of seating. Stays open until 9pm most nights, except Sunday.

All I Can say is The Manager really cares about people. This is by far the best Starbucks in the city of Baltimore. The only thing missing are more tables

By far the best Starbucks around! We go out of our way to get coffee at this Starbucks. The coffee is never burnt, always perfect. The employees are great. The manager is always around and helping.

This particular Starbucks location is ALWAYS filthy on and around the prep areas(counters, sinks, and floors). The staff really needs to tighten up the cleanliness, because it is really gross and a huge turnoff. On an occasion, I left this location and went to a different Starbucks, due to the excessive lack of care.

I went to the Starbucks today about 7 I usually don’t Starbucks but my niece want something from there.We both other wrong thing they was so understanding I Loved it made want to return ‼️Keep up the Great Job 👏 Customer Service was above it all❤️

The food and drinks have been horrible! I don’t see any of the people I normally see in the morning when I stop by. Service is slow. Where is the staff that’s normally there in the morning? Everything was better with them. I believe one of the young ladies name is Miya. She’s definitely the best! Where is she?

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come pretty frequently on my way to work and I'm always impressed with the customer service. My drinks are always made perfectly and the music played is top tier.

Ms Jay and all of the Beautiful Women does a fantastic job. They all greet me pleasantly but Ms Jay always keeps a beautiful smile on her face and it really makes my day. Also this location was where I finally found my first regular favorite drink after years of coffee shopping! Thank You for the wonderful experiences!

Nice atmosphere and you can chill in a little water fountain park and watch the children play in the water fountain. Soo peaceful and cute

Typical Starbucks! This location is near Hopkins and the staff are really pleasant. Got my cold drink quickly because there was no line at the time I was there.

This is thee worst caramel macchiato I have ordered. I request soy milk with 4 extra pumps(which should have been 6 pumps total) of vanilla however I got almond milk and only the 4 pumps of vanilla. This macchiato is bitter and watered down when it should be sweet not to mention the staff was not welcoming and the atmosphere was so slow and dry and I wasn't greeted by the cashier properly. The only reason why I'm giving this store 1 star is because my chocolate croissant was warm as I requested. I will NOT be going back to this Starbucks.

This is a clean Starbucks with many options. There was a line of people still waiting for their orders when I arrived. I placed an order inside and waited about 15 minutes or so to get my drinks. They had a lot of mobile orders, but it seemed like they were getting through them. I would definitely be going back.

This location is GREAT! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the music makes me move while in line (if there is one) they are efficient, quick and know how to make a drink!!! Thank you for being friendly in a world full of mess🙏🏽

Service was quick. However they did not ask me my name for my drink. I was a little disappointed. For like them calling out your name is the whole experience of Starbucks.

This is a life saver- just across from work and they are well staffed. Kai and Dell are great baristas but as with every place, the new ones would do better with proper training. Efficient service and a good variety

This Starbucks located at 1812 Ashland Ave is a good little tucked away spot to grab a bite to eat or just to meet up with a friend and have coffee or tea. The atmosphere here is a little energy mixed with a chill factor which is great if you want some alone time. The service is very good . My only complaint is NO LEMON for the hot tea. NONE. I made up for this deficit by purchasing the lemon loaf ( pound) cake. It's delish to say the least. Treat yourself and make your day.

I have been to probably too many Starbucks locations and by far this is the best one. Leo runs an absolutely great location. All of the baristas are wonderful, but a special shout out to Jackson. I am not kidding when I say I get excited seeing my mobile order ready and him behind the bar because I know its going to be beyond perfect. I am so thankful this is near work!

This is by far the best Starbucks location I’ve been to! They always have the best service - fully stocked and so quick. They clearly are managed well and their staff are always so kind. It makes the start of a busy day in healthcare so much better. Obsessed with this one! And their motivation whiteboard is now part of my daily routine. Thank you all!

The Wi-Fi is excellent. I've only ever been inside the store once because I needed to use the bathroom, but unfortunately I didn't have the keycode required to unlock the bathroom!! I hang out at the outdoor tables and chairs and benches quite often, however, and as I said before, the Wi-Fi is excellent 👍🏻
