We took our granddaughter here on Monday 13th of January 2020 she really loved it and had a great time as we all did......There is plenty to do for all of the little ones,there were several families there with there young children all having a fun time....we all had something to eat from the onsite cafe all good portions for a reasonable price...overall it was a good few hours spent on a wet and miserable day.....👍

Didn't enjoy being there at all. There were a few unpleasant children. I do wonder how often they clean the baby/toddler equipment. Do they remove the covers and wash them regularly? It was very warm in there too. Won't be returning again.

Everytime I come here with my nephewan nieces 3 to 4 later i become unwell🤢🤮 from where the staff have not cleaned the floor and all the padded play areas and toys. This kid's play area is extremely dirty and some pieces of the place are unreplaceable and should be removed. They need to clean with Dettol disinfection spray They should do this once a day but they don't the staff are extremely lazy and poor for even the high prices they charged to go on the tacky play area. I always get end up being poorly after visiting this place so please don't give your support to this business a unless they clean It is here by satisfied that the following (Boomerang's family play area Melksham) Wiltshire is unsafe and is not a safe environment for kids and should be shut down permanently and set for Demolition I've been unwell since last visit with sickness again 🤢🤮🤢😟

In Boomerang Soft Play Center, I once there bravely fought, With foam and cushioned weapons, In battles fiercely wrought. The enemy was all around, In tunnels, slides, and mazes, But I was armed with courage, And fought through all the crazes. With every foam ball hurled, And every dodge and weave, I felt the thrill of victory, In every breath I'd breathe. My friends were by my side, As we charged into the fray, Our laughter echoed through the halls, As we battled on each day. The soft play center was our kingdom, Our playground, and our stage, Where every warrior was a hero, And every battle an epic page. Though now I am grown and older, The memories still remain, Of the battles that I fought in Boomerang, And the victories that I gained.

I love this place. So much variety for the kids across the different areas, sensibly priced food, great coffee and most importantly a lovely team that are nothing but smiles. I suspect my kids (3&6 years old) would live here if they could. I’ve come to quite a few parties here as well over the last couple of years. The party rooms are super cute - hoping the boy agrees this as the venue for his 4th.

We visited today and paid for the trampoline park and soft play. Trampoline park: staff were not doing their jobs properly, on their phones and chatting with each other. We witnessed kids hurting themselves and there was no input from staff. My husband was telling kids he didn't know what to do because of safety concerns. It was really really dangerous. Soft play: completely over booked and over crowded. Parents were stood up with no space to sit or even move!! We are not allowed to bring in food or drink, after being in the trampoline park my kids were thirsty and hungry. I queued for 40mins to then be told there was no food due to a party!! So I cannot bring in food and you cannot serve me!! My daughter was crying and in a right state due to that. Kids couldn't even play properly due to the amount of overcrowding and there was no supervision from staff. It was absolutely shocking. I decided to leave after being refused food. If you cannot cater for your paying customers, let them bring their own food. I will not be recommending this place or returning ever again. This place is just a money grab with no care for safety or children's well being.

Great place for taking kids . Not to expensive and convenient free parking. Food available,and drinks. Tables and small tables for kids,soft play area climbing maze, and slides. Kids have fun here safety !

We turned up to play golf but it was outside and it was pouring down. The ladies where so accommodating and booked the kids on to bounce house and our little one for soft play. We then got to taste food from the new family reef diner and again the staff were so helpful accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The food was totally amazing and not what I was expecting at all, so a huge shout out to all the team and the chef tonight. We’ve had a great family time out and look forward to coming back again soon.

Excellent for family fun! Great way for the parents to enjoy a coffee whilst the kids burn off all their energy. Clean and safe for all ages.

Great experience for all the family! I would definitely recommend bounce house as my boys favourite Great food, lovely cakes. Lovely that you can get a Starbucks as well while you’re watching the kids enjoy themselves.

Our trip was spoilt by unruly kids, the staff were told by countless parents yet nothing was done and it continued happening. The mother of the kids was in the “VIP” section which is completely separated from the soft play so you can’t watch your kids and although the staff did tell her she took no notice and carried on sitting in her peaceful environment whilst we had a little girl that was terrified to go play. The staff should have asked her to leave, we weren’t the first to complain and I know of at least 3 others who complained afterwards. There were no staff out and about monitoring things, i know it’s not their responsibility to control kids but it is their responsibility to make sure the centre is running correctly. If they left the counters a little they may realise it wasn’t running well. The same kids ended up in the baby section running around in the walkers meaning no babies could go in that section. Kids will be naughty if allowed, I get that but when kids are bullying other kids and the mother doesn’t care then kick them out! The food was also pretty poor BUT it was very cheap so I wasn’t expecting a Michelin star. The place is a little tired but still the best soft play in the area unfortunately

Fab place to wear the kids out. Only drawback is if you are single parenting it could be improved by introducing a qr code system on the menu and table numbers for mobile ordering to your seat (hot food is brought directly to tables anyway after ordering at the till).

Arrived on a busy Sunday morning, advised only premium seats were available. Be warned, premium seats do not provide you with any ability to watch your children on the soft play. Once in loads of standard seats were available so feel a little robbed.

Been a few times since we moved to melksham. Extremely lucky to have a softplay close by, with a lot of different activities inside. However the baby area 100% needs a good clean. Dust over the toys, broken things on the walls, hair and dirt on the floor, also looks like someone’s spilt a drink over the walls. All the soft bricks throughout the softplay look worn out and in need replacing. If it was cleaner would have no complaints.

Great soft play, lots to do for kids of different ages. Came with a toddler and a baby, and lots for both to keep them occupied. Especially loved the large 'free play' soft play area, lots of scope to build dens and cars out of soft play pieces, excellent place to visit on a rainy day.

Building full of serious safety negligence and the parents are worse. The amount of parents in this building with absolutely 0 care about watching their kids is disgusting. It's not a babysitters watch your kids. Never been to a soft play so unsafe and so out of control. Staff are awful this place should be shut down just like the nursery that was ran by same people that got closed due to serious health and safety concerns. Avoid this place like the plague, if you don't give af about your kids safety or even want to watch them then this is the place for you, sit back on your phones chilling while all your kids push fight and bully others all the while you sit there like a douchebag saying kids huh
