    Firstly, the staff are extremely rude, disrespectful, aggressive and will verbally abuse you. The customer service is always bad. Whenever I requested a full prescription, they would only produce part of it, none of it at all, or would say they forget to order it. They lied claiming the problem was with my GP, that they didn't send the prescriptions which was not the case. My GP not only sent the prescriptions on time they kept receipts of when they were sent, and resent due to Dermacia's problems. I have never had any issues ordering from other pharmacies. Secondly, the pharmacist think it's funny to take the p*ss out of you. The last time I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacist said she would look for my order but I watched as she just kept working on other people prescriptions for a long time. There were no other customers in the store. While she was doing this she loudly and repeatedly asked me for my name about 10 times. Even the cashier complained to her that she was being out of order, why couldn't she remember my name. Then as other customers came in the store, she loudly & repeatedly started shouting out the medication items on my prescription in front of customers. This was private & personal information. She was obviously taking the p*ss, trying to embarrass me for no reason. Then after all of that embarrassment, harassment and 30 minutes of me waiting, said that they had not ordered my prescription! I never went back. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Update 12.09.21 In response to Dermacia comments: I was registered with Dermacia for years. Of course I'm no longer registered with your company, my review clearly states "I never went back", I switched to a different pharmacist straight after the said incident. Why would I stick around for more mistreatment? I am not surprised you are 'now' saying you can't remember this incident. This just emphasizes my point. You weren't interested in speaking to me at the time of 'any' of these notable incidents. Even when you admitted you forgot to order my prescriptions (which happened many times) you didn't even apologise. I am not interested in discussing this further.

    * edited: no it definitely has not been cancelled, I just received a reminder of it and it still showing. It takes one minute to cancel a booking, I asked four times, there is no excuse. I don't know what relevance accessing my medical records has to do with this, this is not the issue. I could not rectify my vaccination status because of this appointment and neither me or the covid helpline could rectify the problem, only you. As a result I had no health pass to use abroad and have not been able to access health care as planned. And instead of apologising you tried to get the review removed which speaks volumes. I have called this pharmacy 4 times to ask them to cancel my vaccination appointment. I was told they would do it and then they would do it when they had time. I am unable to do it and so is 119 who advised only the pharmacy could do it. I need to update my vaccination status and can't access health care I need abroad as a result of them completely ignoring numerous requests. I explained this on the phone but they clearly could not care a less which is evident from the reviews and abuse people have been subject to. Rather than do exactly what they should have done they prefer to reported my review to get it removed, I can only imagine how many reviews they did the same. So here it is again for you Dermacia Pharmacy.

    Disappointing experience with my local pharmacy - new customer so wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately a number of times when I came at 9am the pharmacy was still closed. My prescriptions sent by my doctor via email are never received / land in spam so there is delay in processing. In addition I was charged the wrong amount by the pharmacy. Will now be switching my provider - too much headache with this one.

    Elena and most of her staff are very helpful and friendly but there is a male staff member who tends to be rather snippy and terse whether face to face or by phone. To be honest, if you are at your lowest ebb healthwise, you really don't need a dose of vitriol with your prescriptions! Otherwise a lovely pharmacy, clean, modern and well stocked; deserving of five stars despite the not quite so amicable male staff member.

    Very rude and judgemental staff and pharmacist. Individuals who provide health care services have to have a certain demeanour. The personnel at this pharmacy do not have the skills to help people. I felt as if I was being ridiculed when I visited earlier today to pick up my medication. Terrible service and experience.

    Excellent pharmacy. Would highly recommend. I have needed several travel vaccines and this pharmacy has been nothing but professional, organised and efficient at administering these for us. Communication has also been great with regards to a vaccine that had been low in stock everywhere. We were called and told it had become available and this was put on hold for us. I have felt nothing but reassured that I have been in safe hands.

    Went here to have a travel injections for both me and my 1 year old daughter. They were super helpful and super kind. Elenor was so professional and kind gave us all the advice that we needed and was so gentle with my one year old injections so much so my daughter did not cry!!! Thank you so much will definitely be recommending and coming back in the future!

    This is my pharmacy-of-choice in Islington. Front of house staff and pharmacists have always been super lovely and very knowledgable. Been through several periods of illness over the last few years and have always found them nice and helpful.

    I recently booked an appointment with Sean as I had an increasingly painful ingrown toenail. I'd been self treating it for a few weeks and getting nowhere. 45 minutes after walking into the pharmacy, I floated out with the ingrown toenail gone! Sean took the time to explain exactly what had caused the problem, how he was going to go about treating the problem and gave me clear instructions regarding aftercare. I'd definitely recommend Sean to anyone needing a good chiropodist/podiatrist.

    Whilst the NHS has been systematically underfunded and left in a ruinous state by central government, I have been helping someone very close to me with a serious illness. Throughout this period, Dermacia Pharmacy (or more specifically it’s outstanding team of professionals) have often been the only frontline service provider in the whole of my friend’s treatment that have done just that: provided a service, but also one with sincere care & concern, with a friendly professional competency. Without their even realising it, they have been at times for me the rock that has enabled me to care for friend.

    Call before visiting for the travel clinic. You can’t really just walk in as they don’t offer vaccinations every day. Staff member was nice but tried to upsell me vaccines I didn’t need. Went to another local pharmacy where I could walk in and it was cheaper anyway.

    A bit of a joke today with this place who wasted my time and took me through an emotional rollercoaster. Booked an appointment and paid for it so my 3yo son gets vaccinated in order to be fit for imminent travel, came back a few hours later with him to be told he’s not eligible and cant have his vaccine done. Even had to ask to get reimbursed as they forgot they made me pre pay for it! Now it’s Xmas weekend and I have no other places to go to, when I could have tried somewhere else today should Ive been told earlier. Very unprofessional and unreliable. No alternatives were offered to me either.

    I had an amazing experience getting a flu jab here. The staff are lovely, they serve you fast. clean and beautiful space. They always stock the best brands and give great advice regarding skincare, vaccinations , everything! absolutely recommend this chemist to everyone!

    You have a photo of a pharmacist showing a medication for someone with their name on the box. This should be a confidential matter and you should not post someone’s medication online with their name. I suggest you remove the photo.

    It’s 2022 and this pharmacy still has a £5 minimum to use the card machine. If corner shops can relax this rule, then pharmacies should be able to too. Please do better and meet your customers needs.

    I go to this pharmacy regularly as it next to my children’s school. They sell higher end skincare ranges and high end baby toiletries including the French brands, it’s so useful to be able to pop into the shop instead of always having to order online. Also they always have what I want in stock. Today they gave me a lovely little gift bag filled with some of the brands that they sell which was very nice of them. Great little pharmacy with well chosen selection.

    Not a UK Gov listed private provider of COVID testing according to the DHSC. DO NOT USE. TULI HEALTH - does not even list you as a multi site as per ISO 15189 guidance. RAPID ANTIGEN TESTING - requires ISO 22870 registration. Are you registered? Where is the PHARMACY'S UKAS or UK GOV Listing as a private COVID Testing provider? REPORTED TO DHSC, PHE AND GPHC!

    Wildly unprofessional. I attended for my booked facial appointment this morning. No-one knew where the therapist was. I waited half an hour before finally leaving. Still no follow up call or apology. Don't waste your time here.
