How would you train a person who does not speak English? Am I in Britain??? KURRRVVVVAAAA Employ workers who speak english as well as they speak polish, then instruct them to employ british workers instead of favouring their polish countrymen/women

If your thinking about working here don’t do it it’s has terrible mangers especially the female ones and they keep you on one station for 12 hrs straight if you just. Joined they leave you to do the hardest job no introduction I just had to work straight away didn’t even know who the manger was.

Receptionist is rude, and doesn't acknowledge your waiting even if she is busy. Nothing wrong with their produce. Recommend for restaurants once you've got a contract

My review is neutral as when I worked here and I had good and bad times. If you have strength to work fast and hard at the same time you can get here a quick buck. They bake French pastries for almost every shop in UK from Lidl,Aldi to M&S and waitrose. So wherever you buy French pastries it's from them. Staff works very hard so when you come here to work you are expected to give everything from yourself. Staff might appear rude. But it's because you don't try hard enough. Lazy people are not liked in here.

In my own experience your workers are arrogants and they obligate to truck driver to load and unloudind the truck, and the low say tha is forbiten than the driver load or unload But thet dosen't matter the low.

I new employee in delifrance 2 . Its evening to morning very long shift rather than old n senior employee very rude with new employee . And if you talk to line lleader or suerviser they may be not take seriously . 😞

Awful unloading system where you have to reverse down the side of warehouse inches away from stacks of pallets one side and inches from a metal barrier the other side.

Friendly staff, unload is fast. They make french bakeries
