We don’t frequent much but when we do it’s to add to our Bourbon collection, buying wine for visiting guest or just looking for ingredients to make a cool drink. The staff that walks around is super helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very neat and organized. The isles are very well labeled and products are easy to find. The overall selection of alcohol is very current and pricing is reasonable. The loyalty program helps from time to time but only benefits those who purchase volume. Overall we are very pleased each time we come in.

A brand new Total Wine & More. So happy to have one closer than the Dale Mabry location. Overall very nice store though the layout is a bit different and took me a second. Plenty of tastings and it looks like they have a classroom/event area that doesn’t appear to be open yet. Looking forward to that. Only negative was it took a few minutes to check out as the cashier didn’t seem to know how to ring up the coupon I got in the mail, but considering they just opened it’s understandable and wasn’t an issue. Looking forward to more visits.

The store is amazing and beautiful, stocked with a diverse selection of wines from all over the country and whiskeys and other alcoholic beverages. The staff have always been friendly towards us, and have been very helpful in selecting the best options for us based on our preferences. I would like to give a special shoutout to Amy from the staff, who has an incredible knowledge of wines and is always able to recommend the best ones from the lot. Overall, this store is a great option for anyone looking to buy a wide variety of wines and alcoholic beverages.

Exquisito !!! Nice store love the idea of having different sections for wines based on the country’s origin. They have little corners were you can have a little taste of certain wines. We also taste different whiskeys to decide which one to buy overall this was a great experience

I like to visit different Total Wine & More stores and see how each one is set up. This place is nice. The staff was friendly. It is not as large as others I've been in. Unfortunately it didn't have a couple things we were looking for. It's great to have in the area, just wish the selection was larger.

This store is great. Wide selection, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you want to learn some things about Tequila, ask for Ricky- he'll school you!

I recently ordered a keg of beer from this place for a large Thanksgiving event, and unfortunately, it turned into a bit of a disaster. The first keg had mold floating in it, and the tap wasn't holding pressure. After a 30-minute drive to exchange it, the replacement tap they provided was the wrong type and caused beer to spray everywhere. Thankfully, my uncle managed to fix it temporarily. When I returned the keg and explained the situation, the manager acknowledged it was indeed the wrong tap and apologized, but didn't offer any compensation or gesture of goodwill. So, while they do have a good selection (hence the second star), I won't be purchasing a keg here again.

I haven't been to total wine in just over a year! This place is the absolute best! Honestly, if they don't have it, they know who does! ( I've never experienced that part, but I know someone that did! ) the customer service is always great, and the customers themselves are terrific! This isn't a place where you will find jerks! ( im glad this place isn't real close to me. I can't wait to go back!)
