    My uncle took my family and I to this Walmart after the airport loss her luggage. Honestly, it looks like a really nice from the outside and I was impressed with the outdoor living section as well. Food- this location was missing my favorite crackers and the overall isle looked like it needed to be restocked. Clothing - they did not have boys shorts for my nephew. I mean it’s Florida and 80 degrees where are the shorts?! Tons of sweatpants but no shorts. Also, they could use a bit of a better selection of women’s pajamas shorts. My sister could not find any at this site. Toiletries- excellent and well stocked. Service- not great but okay. The customer service associate made me go back to see how much the socks my sister was trying to purchase due to no tag. Bathroom- okay but it was a bit messy. Standard public restroom experience but not horrifying like most. Overall, I would recommend because it’s a good experience.

    Warning to all Walmart Delivery customers: do not purchase produce from this store, it is often unusable. They either give the delivery customers the produce they know customers would never pick in-store, or all of their produce is poor quality. This has been a repeated issue. I will say, the refund process for these issues is very quick and easy.

    Make sure you pee before you show up for your pickup order. Last two “pickup” orders wait time in their parking lot: 1 hour 46 minutes 1 hour and I had enough, cancelled and shopped for my items in 10 mins. Why tell your customer the order is ready for pickup if it’s not? Won’t use this failed process again.

    I think a lot of you know that shopping is never a pleasure at Walmart. I don't use self checkout anymore (because I got tired of working and not being paid for checking out my own groceries, plus the issues that come with it). So, I must go to a cashier. There usually aren't very many of them open, and I have to wait in a long line. But what bothers me more is that on two occasions seven days apart, on two different registers with two different cashiers, I noticed that the machine does not tell you how much you are paying for each individual item. The total just keeps climbing, and you're not able to see what you are being charged! I couldn't believe what I was seeing, and I questioned the first cashier. She told me that she had been dealing with the issue for about four days, and that she had complained, but no one had been in to fix it. So, today, I was at a different cashier at a different register. To my surprise, I was not able to see what each item was ringing up at. I questioned the cashier, and he told me that it had been like that for a while, but they hadn't fixed it. He could sense my frustration. I asked him who I could complain to and told him that I knew it wasn't his fault. I went to customer service at his direction and complained about the two instances. The lady there seemed like she didn't know about the problem, but that she would put in a report. She also told me that I could complain to corporate. Here's the thing: Groceries are expensive. How many people are going through the line, paying, and being overcharged without knowing? I like to watch what I am being charged because I have been charged more than the advertised price many, many times. If I can catch it at the register, at least the cashier can void it out and put in the right price. But if I catch it after paying, I have to go to customer service and stand in a line to get it fixed. Also, there are times I forget to check my receipt before leaving the store. So, I always make it a habit to watch my prices as I am being rung up. I just feel that this is unacceptable that this has happened twice in seven days at this store. What's going on?

    Rude staff-one asked me to move while I was trying to select something. She didn’t say “could you please move?” She said “MOVE!!” Unhelpful staff. They don’t know where things are and do not care. Cluttered aisles, messy shelves, items out of stock, temp in store too warm, slow check out. This store is massive, disorganized and I hate it. I only shop there as a last resort but even this mega store didn’t have what I needed. Ugh. Also, if you want me to do self checkout and work for you for free, at least provide some employee benefits and don’t treat us all like thieves when we exit. You created this problem with self checkout and all the loss it has entailed- but most of us who shop actually pay for our items. If you don’t trust us, get rid of your self checkout and give people their jobs back. That’s on you.

    Parking is horrible. Wider selection of personal care items. (Face & body care). Stockers are super nice. Those pulling orders for curbside pickup are oblivious to other customers.

    The jewelry store in this plaza is the best. They have created jewelry for me. And their customer service is fantastic. Unfortunately Denise has recently lost her husband so go see her and show her some love ❤️

    First time picking up. Waited one hour in my car for my groceries to be taken outside after checking in through the app. Their customer service number for check in was not picked up the three times I called. I thought everything would be ready, like at Publix. Well, it was not. I called the national customer service line who told me I should’ve called to check in, and had to wait more… with my baby hungry at home. I worked 12 hours before this, and it was an overall terrible decision. I do not recommend their pick up service at all. Please hire more staff or have pick up ready inside for convenience. This is unacceptable.

    I wish I could leave a negative number some how, because how on God's green earth do you order groceries on Uber Eats, and it takes 2 and a half hours for 4 bags. 4 literal bags. I got there 2 and a half hours before it closed to do a delivery & sat there like a MORON. Like a literal moron while waiting for 2 orders. A total of 4 bags. The fact that Walmart is a corporation & can't get this together is wild to me. As a business owner, this is the very thing that over time, customers get SICK of. 1st and LAST time I'll be making a trip to bo bo Walmart in general. It's 2023, get apple pay, fix your to-go orders, & get your lives together. Communicate with customers, give an update on an order, apologize for the long wait, like???? Do something. It's 2023, dude, be for real.
