Für die schlechte Qualität und nicht gewünschte immergleiche Zubereitung der Steaks viel zu teuer. Der Küche ist es anscheinend vollkommen egal, ob der Gast sein Steak gerne blutig oder durchgebraten hätte. Alle Steaks sind immer medium. Wieso fragt man den Gast eigentlich, wie er sein Steak gerne hätte. Dazu kommt dann noch der billig schmeckende aber teuer verkaufte Rotwein. Ganz und garnicht zu empfehlen!!

Great experience at the Hostellerie. We were a table of two and both had the menu Gourmant. Excellent tartare and turbout and extensive list of wines. Staff was cordial and preparate. You can grasp the attention and dedication if the staff in the research and selection if the raw material. We’ll definitely come back!

Poor table service by some waiters. Lunch menu dishes ressemble and taste like a very low end restaurant. Long waiting times. No parking spots left next to the restaurant. Poor value for money. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.

I've been staying at this hotel during business trips and I must say it is one of the nicest places I've stayed at. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and most importantly the staff is one of the friendliest and helpful I've experienced so far during business trips. Highly recommended.

Delicious food served in a beautiful way, seasonal menu and the best foie gras ever. Very nice staff and amazing atmosphere. Great value for money. I've been at Hostellerie Stafelter a few times and always enjoyed it.

Friendly and professional service, "haute gamme" kitchen and yeah, the prices are quite high but the quality/price scale is fine.

Direkt am Eingang hängt ein Guide Michelin Schild, die Vorfreude steigt. Nach der herzlichen Begrüßung wurden wir an unseren Tisch gebracht. Die Bedienung war freundlich allerdings nicht besonders geschult. Uns wurde ein Gruß aus der Küche serviert, auf weitere Zwischengänge wurde verzichtet. Der Humor der Bedienung wirkte eher abschreckend. Der Restaurantbesuch war angenehm allerdings nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

Alles was es braucht. Schöne, sehr gut isolierte Zimmer zu fairen Preisen. Frühstück allerdings 20 Euro pro Person. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, deshalb kein Kommentar zum Essen.

Great service and very good food! The terrace is very enjoyable in the summer as well. Definitely recommend!

Good food and nice setting

Basically DO NOT order the vegetarian menu - it is an absolute joke! The appetiser is a cucumber (Like, really?!), the main dish was half a mini courgette with tons of water around. I tried the dessert and wasn’t keen but nothing was offered as alternative. I feel bitterly disappointed and would not come back! PS: if you are selling a nicer ambiance, be mindful of the music! I don’t want to be listening to the likes of Maitre Gims there!!

Made us park a mile away because they were having a party. We said we wanted to leave and stay somewhere else and they said we’d still have to pay because they didn’t see why walking a mile would make us unhappy. Revision: you mention you are grateful for reviews. Then why did your husband say he would only honor the complimentary breakfast you offered us if I removed my review? He said you hadn’t mentioned the breakfast to him so I was “playing games” when I said we would just pay it and leave he said ok it’s fine and said we didn’t have to pay. I was totally fine with what had happen after you had resolved it but being called a liar did not help the matter and for that I’m leaving up my review.

Superb Restaurant with a quality cuisine. Everything planned and served in detail, plus ultra friendly and very competent service! Props to the kitchen and the formidable waiters👏👏

We had a very pleasant stay, from a warm welcome to a delicious dessert. We enjoyed the modern ambience, although it could still become a little bit more vivid. Service was very friendly too, giving good explanation and being open to different languages. Cap in hand for the innovative French-style cooking!
